✨My Glow Up tips part 1✨
Drink a lot of water it benefits your body in every way bonus points if you add lemon. If you crave soda Olipop is a good alternative.
Eat little meals made with whole foods throughout the day it really does make a difference.
Go on hot girl walks get fresh air and sunshine every day.
Drink green juices and smoothies it’s the easiest way to get in all your fruits and veggies plus you can add supplements.
Skincare is self care it’s literally the canvas for your makeup so invest in your products. Keep it simple and be consistent with your routine.
Learn to read food labels ideally you want to know how to pronounce every ingredient.
Drink less alcohol bloating and hangovers aren’t hot.
Educate yourself on vitamins and supplements to target what you want to improve. For immune system you want vitamin c and zinc and for beauty you want a collagen supplement.
Lip filler research your provider make sure you vibe with them and feel comfortable. Start slow and gradually build to your desired shape and size.
Contacts over glasses is my personal preference.
Choose a signature scent for every season.
Keratin hair treatments they make styling so easy and your hair looks shiny and perfect for weeks.
Natural nail colors are the most flattering. OPI and Essie make the best nudes.
Invest in classic basics for your closet black and white t-shirts denim and shoes. Think about cost per wear quality vs quantity ect. Zara is my favorite store for inexpensive trendy pieces.
Wear signature jewelry mine are gold hoops diamond studs and dainty necklaces. Mejuri is my favorite jeweler.
Cleaning and organizing your home is therapy. Light a Fall candle and deep clean your space once a week and you will feel refreshed.
Exfoliate your face and body a few times a week
Ice roll and gua sha your face it instantly de puffs and lifts.
Plant medicine personally I love cannabis and it’s been a positive life changing medicine for me.
Therapy I believe everyone can benefit from it.
Never stop learning read often about whatever topics you’re interested in.
For improved hair skin and nails put collagen powder in your coffee or smoothies every day.
Put fresh eucalyptus and lavender in your shower or a few drops of essential oils for the best most relaxing bath.
Brush and floss often and occasionally use Crest white strips for whitening your teeth.
Journaling is so important on paper or even in your notes app on your phone.
Learn manifesting techniques your mindset is everything.
Get a professional bra fitting and match your lingerie it will make you feel confident and hot.

sunday reset routine <3

first things first…
clean out any trash in your room. throw it all away, and take any dirty dishes out of your room as well
return things to where they belong. Move your computer from your bed to your desk, move your bags back to their hanger, you get the idea
reorganize messy areas. Drawers, shelves, or cabinets whatever has become disorganzied or messy over the week
do your laundry. It’s okay, we all get that big mess of dirty clothes that just piles up throughout the week.
Now time to deep clean!
take time to wipe down all surfaces. Use disinfecting and cleaning wipes to remove collected dust and dirt. This includes desks, tables, counters, etc. 
strip your bed. Wash the sheets, comforter, blankets, and pillow cases
vacuum the floor. Pick up any small pieces of trash you might’ve missed 
put away all your clothes. Once they’re done washing, don’t just leave them in the hamper. Fold them up and put them away where they belong
Focus on yourself
shower & skincare! On my Sunday resets, I like to take longer showers and use all my body scrubs and body butters and shower gels. wash your face with cleanser, scrubs, exfoliant, etc. moisturize and use a face roller for a few minutes. Id also recommend doing a face or hair mask
light some candles and meditate. Doing a longer meditation will make your headspace feel less cluttered and more put together. it’s like organizing in your head! This would be a good time to cleanse your crystals as well
journal. Take out your journal and write down your goals and plans for the week. you can also take this time to write manifestations, affirmations, or do a few journal prompts.
finally, do whatever you want. At the end of the day, when everything has been cleaned and organized, you can take time to yourself and do whatever you feel like doing. Not all of us have the time during the week to just relax and do what we want in that moment, so take this time to do that! you can watch youtube, draw a picture, play a game, whatever you want.

Basic Beauty Tips!
Hair
Invest in a natural hairbrush- Some of them are hundreds of dollars, but there are plenty affordable options! They’re good for your hair and the environment
Get a silk pillowcase- Might have to save up for this one, but it’ll help your hair and skin!
Stop using hair ties- Claw clips and scrunchies are WAY better for your hair
Gently tie your hair at night- Whether it’s a low, loose bun or braids, protect your hair at night
Use hair oil anytime your hair gets dry
Make sure to get trims to get rid of dry ends
Skin
Use a gentle cleanser and unscented moisturizer- Literally a basic routine with cerave or cetaphil will do WONDERS to your skin
Exfoliate once a week- Don’t over exfoliate!
Stay away from harsh products that might irritate your skin
Use SPF to prevent early aging and skin damage
General
Have a nail routine!- I love to use a nail growth oil, it does wonders!
Make sure to clean under your nails- Some people have really dirty nails and it’s not cute-
Always have a good fragrance- Like a signature scent!
Use a body scrub once a week for soft skin!- Also vanilla lotion smells so good, and lotion helps perfume stick to the body
Stay Healthy- This is the most important! Stay hydrated, eat well, stay active, get enough rest and have proper hygeine!

Self-Care is crucial and a fundamental part of relaxation + a great stress reliever after a long day whether it be from work, school, or otherwise! I am a firm believer that our bodies are so extremely important, and we are stuck with ourselves forever so, might as well take care of yourselves right? < 3
Scents: Fill your space with comforting smells that bring you peace + serenity.
Comfort: Cozy pajamas are the way to go, ALWAYS. Target has affordable, and extremely comfortable pajamas or you could try Amazon as well!
Wash the day away: A nice, hot shower has never steered anyway wrong! Some of my favorite shower products have to be the Philosophy brand (sold at Ulta, and on Amazon) I also enjoy the OGX body washes as well! specifically the Shea Soft + Smooth body wash; it smells like a mix between vanilla cupcakes and starburst yum!
Eat a good meal: Who doesn’t love a good meal? One of my favorite has to be sushi but on a self-care night I tend to gravitate towards far more filling + soulful foods. Soups, or stews are some of my favorite but, also you cannot go from with Chipotle. Whole Foods has amazing ready to eat foods, as well as other stores!
Turn on your favorite movie: I am such a series lovers. Recently, as I’m sure everyone was doing, I finished Vol. two of Strangers Things as a part of my self-care. There are so many comforting movies, (13 going on 30, Parent Trap, Tinker-bell) that are sure to make your night even more entertaining and relaxing!
Do what is best for you: Your body is so important! Nourish it, pamper it, and become your own bodies best motivator as well as friend. Become the best version of yourself + love who that person is <3

Learning to Live
A while ago I thought about the difference between ‘living’ and ‘existing.’ Existing is when you’re basically sleepwalking through life. You’re unhappy, you feel stuck in a rut, you’re not making good memories and having fun moments. So how do we change this? How do we learn to truly live?
Finding a balance- In life we need to find a balance in everything. And especially in self improvement. We need to find time to relax, time to work on improving ourselves, and time to simply do what we love. These rules apply to living life too.
Finding a passion- This is the biggest thing. For me it’s the arts, but there’s certainly something for you too. Find a hobby that adds joy to your life, that makes you excited to wake up in the morning.
Stepping outside of our comfort zone- As scary as it is, the best memories are made when we step out of our comfort zone. Try something new, even if it terrifies you, because for all you know it might change your life!
Unplugging- As fun as social media is, it’s important to take a step back and go outside. One thing I recommend is just listening to music, or reading a book outside! Feeling connected with nature is so relaxing, and adds calmness to life.
That’s about it! I know ‘learning to live’ sounds stupid, but trust me, these steps have helped me enjoy life more, and have helped me start living a life I finally love.
