Elphaba telling Glinda the story about her mom is probably the first time she ever opens up about how guilty she feels, and you can tell she's shocked at receiving nothing but comfort in return. She quickly glances at the hand on her shoulder, almost about to say "Oh", and shyly leans her head against Glinda's. I love when this scene is played with such vulnerability and uncertainty, as if Elphaba doesn't quite know how to react to someone being nice to her since she's not used to it at all.

I gotta say, to me the lyrics of "you don't know me" always matched Tori and Jade's relationship more than Beck and Jade's. Like i always thought the lyrics

"you push me back i'll push you back, you scream at me i'll scream at you" was her singing as Tori cause Tori's not afraid of her and fights back against her

And "and the longer that you stay the ice is melting" meaning Jade is warming up to Tori the longer she stays at hollywood arts and Jade's hatred "the ice" is melting

"I'm dangerous i'm warning you but you're not afraid of me" i don't even have to say anything about that one
