I assume Bloodgood knows of Elissabat and Hexiciah’s antics because he must have told her stories of him helping to hide the vampire heart

But I don’t think Elissabat and Bloodgood ever got to meet through Hexiciah. Monster high is about 200 years old and that is when and where Hexiciah and Bloodgood became friends, but Elissabat and Hexiciah meeting happened 400 years ago, 200 years before the school was created.
