I know society sees racism as whites treating blacks cruelly, but I think, yes they can. I'm gonna be debunking a few statements:

Although I think they can, why wouldn't black people be capable of being racist to Hispanics, or Hispanics being capable of being racist to Asians, etc.? It's only like black and white are the only races existing.
