Made some panic pieces for Galaxycon Richmond! Despite how rushed this one was, I don't think it turned out too bad! Alastor and Rosie were both a blast to draw!

To answer your question, yes I will have have prints available soon! It will probably be in a week or two before they are up. As far as upcoming cons are concerned, I'll be at Galaxycon Richmond, Animazement, and Nightmare Weekend Richmond. There may be more cons in between, I'm just waiting on application emails. :)

Hey guys. Been noticing that my post from last year is getting a lot of love. I'm assuming this is because Anime NYC is happening right now.

Just to prevent confusion, I was waitlisted for Anime NYC this year, so I won't be there. Hopefully they will accept me to table next year! :) Fingers crossed because it is such a great show!

I've been trying to make some more things for myself in between client and zine work for my own enjoyment. I've always loved Monster High, Draculaura specifically, since I was a kid. When G3 was announced, I was so thrilled to see the variety of body types that they gave the dolls. I was even more more excited when I realized that they gave my favorite girl the curvy body type. Little Jordan would've loved that, and I honestly couldn't help myself and bought her for my office.🥰 All the redesigns are so cute that I just had to draw them. Frankie and Clawdeen are next. More to come soon!

American friends! The US Copyright Office (which we know exerts huuuge influence in how these things are treated elsewhere) wants to hear opinions on copyright and AI.

"The US Copyright Office is opening a public comment period around AI and copyright issues beginning August 30th as the agency figures out how to approach the subject."

We can assume that the opposing side will definitely be using all of their lobbying power towards widespread AI use, so this is a very good chance to let them know your thoughts on AI and how art and creative content of all kinds should be protected.

To answer your question, I found my style (and continue to refine it) by drawing and taking inspiration from artist's whose work I admire. Over time, a long time, it started to become something of it's own. Because as you grow, you develop your own ways of working that are unique to you, and that usually shows in your work.

I know thats probably not the most exciting answer, but that's how it worked for me. :)

Little Witch Academia is one of my comfort shows, so working on this one felt very special.
