I always felt a bit sad/horrified to realize that Parasect is when Paras has like completely succumbed to the parasite. Especially since I do think Parasect is quite cute. Like with most Pokémon, I feel Parasect has kind of been tossed aside and not been given any love since the generation it came out in. I thought this would be a nice way of getting its comeback, coming a conclusion where it comes back to sentience after a long time of not being in control, but now in symbiosis. I would like Parasage to evolve through a little sidequest where you help a scientist with their studies with parasites. While tracking and understanding a legendary Pokémon of Restoration, the scientist finally finds a solution. At this point after now you can always go to this scientist to evolve Parasect into Parasage.

Accidentally made Trillfish 26 when this one was supposed to have been.

I always liked Qwilfish but thought it never really got an interesting evolution. The lackluster stats also didn’t help, so here’s a little bonus round!

okay a little break from my original ones, this is the evolution of Sunflora. I feel like Sunflora gets way too little love, and I liked the idea of this derpy cute flower evolving into this regal thing. It either gets Solar Power or Privilege (Privilege: Super Effective moves have +1 priority).

Verens are quite rare, and can become over a 100 years old. I liked this kind of cute story of them returning to the bays they were released in. So in this region, this is so rare that it’s most likely seen as the Loch Ness.

So this is the Noraki that gets released because it simply doesn’t fit in the home anymore. It’s happy to get some more space, even though it’s a little confused and perhaps not that used to hunting its own food.

So this is Sia, and it plays on the idea of getting animals who get way too big to have at home, but people still get them because they’re cute as babies. Sias is one of them who people often get into aquariums.

I kind of like the idea of Grass/Electric types, especially this one who’s a bit of a hooligan. In Melodica the Pokémon don’t fuck around, you need some of your own to protect yourself.

Eigenhertz should be swapped in and hopefully get a Motordrive boost and then hopefully wreck some havoc.

I’m not sure why a blue berry evolves into an Aubergine, but here we are. Aubergine + Energy = Aubenerge. I liked the idea of Melodica being a region that’s pretty much a big, urban city, and the Pokémon in the region have adapted to live on those premises. Kind of like stray dogs/cats. Aubenerge steals electricity.

Enter grass Pokémon!

Aershok goes in a complete different direction from its predecessor, kind of like what I feel Slaking does. This one even travels from its birthing habitats to suit its thicker coat. It only goes back south to lay eggs.

Figured I’d make a little scavenger Pokémon. 

Scavenge: If a “one-time” item would trigger, it triggers twice. (e.g. berries can heal twice the amount of HP, if an item would cause a stat to be raised one stage, it’s raised two stages).

Nocturnal: When SUNNY DAY is in effect, Pokémon with NOCTURNAL have their speed cut in half. When RAIN DANCE or NIGHT is in effect, Pokémon with NOCTURNAL have their Special Attack doubled.

I love the Day and Night cycle in Pokémon GSC, would be nice to have it as a weather effect.

I always felt the two bugline is one a little cute and one a little creepy, so here’s the creepy one.

I like the idea of making a little more competitive available Pokémon, so this one packs quite a punch. It also has the ability DISTORTION, which sets up a Trick Room upon entering the battlefield.

Many years later, this creeps me out a bit lol.
