- house of hades got attacked just after melinoë was born

- chronos SNATCHED hades, persephone, and zagreus as revenge for that time he got y’know fucking murdered

- all the gods thought that melinoë got killed in the crossfire

- melinoë grew up being raised away from her family, only thing she has left is that portrait

ok i do know actually i was trying to draw with greys and dark bg color only and using less layers so it was like doing paint irl i guess? never used so much non colourful colour b4 so heeeeeh

i really like how his face looks esp w lack of details idk i think it looks neat

it make it look not heavy and i always characterized my style as HEAVY so im trying something new but u still can see mi struggling to blur all pic so i mostly dunno what im even doin

nobody understands how fucking insane I am about neil josten. I want to build an art gallery for that man, a museum, a cathedral. I want to capture the sound of his laughter in a bottle. I want to interview the monster that lived under his childhood bed. I want to study his profile while he’s sleeping. I want to know every speck of color in his eyes. I want his bones that healed wrong. I want to catch the way foreign curses fall from his tongue and make a wind chime out of them. I want to pluck the sun out of his hair. I want to see his already questionable humanity decay. I want to taste his terror and despair and I want to cradle him in my arms and never let another person hurt him ever again
