Hold Me When It Rains
Summary: It started raining, and Wanda is not with you.
Pairing: Wanda x Reader.
Warnings: none I think.
Word Count: 500
It was a dark night like those where the clouds were full of rain and created a bad mood. When these nights happened, you knew that Wanda was going to appear at your house, maybe bringing some food so that you could eat while we cuddled watching some tv series, so you waited for her. 8 pm became 11 pm and Wanda was nowhere to be seen, maybe she forgot? Or maybe she was busy with Scarlet Witch stuff, either way, you were all by yourself tonight.
The fear of being alone just increased when started to rain, you ran to your bedroom and snuggled in your fluffy blanket. You started playing in your head all the kind things that Wanda used to say to you while you were trembling in fear, you knew that the rain was just water falling from the sky, but the noise was the thing that scared you.
It was around midnight that you lost it, and the sobs that you were trying to stop became heavy crying, with you trembling and sweat dripping down your head. Maybe it was time to call Wanda, maybe she won’t get mad at for me calling her this late…right? You picked up her phone and started calling her friend, that answered in no time.
“Y/n? What is going on?” – Wanda said with a sleepy voice.
“I’m so-orry for calling, I’m just so scared…” – You tried to say between your sobs.
You waited for an answer, but it seemed that she was trying to process. And it was exactly what she was doing.
Wanda, early in the evening, had to fight a lot of enemies and she was so exhausted that when she got home, she immediately slept through the whole night. That’s why she never made it to Y/n's house that day.
But right now, when Wanda heard Y/n's voice she knew that something was wrong, but didn’t have the time to fully understand it until she looked out the window and saw the storm.
“I’m coming.” That was all you heard before the line went over.
About 5 minutes later, Wanda appeared at your window asking for your permission to enter the room. Of course, you let her in, and with that, you received the best hug you have ever received, it was warm and full of passion, just like Wanda.
“I thought you weren’t coming…” – You said while you hugged her harder, not wanting that she let you go.
“I’ll always be here for you Y/n, I promise you that. I was just sleeping and haven’t noticed the rain, but now that I am here let’s go cuddle in your bed while we watch some movies, okay?” – Wanda says and guides you back to your bed.
So that’s how you ended up cuddling in your bed with the Scarlet Witch. The woman that you secretly love and hopes that you will stay with her forever. You only didn't know that Wanda was also in love with you, but that’s a story for another time.
