One thing is certain, she'll take care of him herself, and beat him up to the right path if she has to: No one mess with the studyness calm of OrangeStar High School, and still less with the daughter of the World Champion. Azkir, un jeune fauteur de troubles, curieusement admis au lycée Orange Star, sèche constamment les cours. "Pourquoi diable est-il venu ici maintenant que je commence seulement à apprendre à voler? j'ai d'autres choses à faire!" pense plus souvent Videl qu’elle tolérerait. Mais elle doit l'admettre, le punk adolescent est enveloppé d'une aura de mystère: Venu de nulle part, aucune trace de lui dans les registres de la police ou de la mairie. Elle essaie de révéler aux autres l'étrangeté de son cas, mais bizarrement, personne n’essaie de s’occuper de lui, comme si une force invisible maintenait cet homme problématique hors de portée de toute autorité. Une chose est sûre, elle prendra soin de lui elle-même et le mettra sur le droit chemin si elle doit: Personne ne déconne avec le calme studieux du lycée OrangeStar, et encore moins avec la fille du champion du monde.
