scale read 104.6 today so i’m very excited to see what it’ll say tomorrow, i’ve been doing omad maybe ~500-800 ish a day, omad consistently has helped me lose around 5 lbs a week but i am a binge purge person so i do have the like one week of metabolism boost even though it makes me want to die when i binge
