VocaloidOtaku's Admin's Troubles

Sorry to intrude on these various tags, but the admin of VocaloidOtaku, Azure_flux, who many will (hopefully) know, is in quite a dire need of funds. €1000 to be exact. He has began running out of ways to pull this money together by the end of his college semester, but if he can’t, VocaloidOtaku’s site and domain will be sold to obtain these funds.

He hopes it won’t come to this, but if he can’t pull the money together, VocaloidOtaku may be entirely different. This may mean ads, pop ups, paid memberships, etc. We’ve been hoping to maybe have a VO member with the funds to purchase the domain and such, but it may not end up like that, so yes. If you have the chance to donate (via the Paypals below), Azure would be grateful. Thank you for your time. I know how many won’t have the funds to donate, due to age or just how expensive living can be, but many will know how special VO is to many. A lot met friends (and more) with similar interests, a lot learned more about VOCALOID than they would anywhere else and the community has always been friendly the vast majority of the time. The news posted here usually originates from VO, too, so that would really slow down if you follow this blog for the news. Many know PowerFX and ZeroG have also revealed products via VO and have company representatives as members, so that side of the companies has benefited from VO in one way or another. They’re unable to help, so hopefully the community could band together for this, because I know you have that ability. Thank you for your time, again.

And with that being said, I'll shut up and keep queuing now. 

Well, since summer's coming up, I might as well give an update (as I finally update this blog for real). 

As the picture shows, I will be having a Vocaloid panel at Otakon this year, called "Vocaloid: The Big Picture"!

I swear it won't just be another lecture on the history of Vocaloid or on some cute songs or whatever. It's actually going to be more so about why Vocaloid is such an interesting community and how it ties into culture today. (Which, admittedly, will have small lectures about history and some cute songs.) Time/Date TBA. 

If you're coming to Otakon, I hope you can come and check it out! 

(Unfortunately, vgperson is on the other side of the country and therefore can probably not make it to this panel.)

Whoops, sorry about that, everyone got pretty busy here on our end, since I've had exams and vgperson's had school and translating to do, but now summer's coming and such.

I really hate to make you re-do things, or be annoying, but could you re-post that link to that Audacity tutorial? Only if you feel like it though, if you don't then I can just Google it. I just trust yalls word. If that made any sense. pwease?
