New blog
This may be a lame reason for me to start over my fitness blog...
But the fact that my fitness blog wasn't my main channel was bothering me...a lot. So I made a new blog! Also, I wanted to approach my blogging a little differently... I haven't decided yet how but up until now, my blogging has not made a big impact on my fitness. I think starting fresh could change that.

GOAL
Today I measured my body fat %. Now.. I'm not sure how accurate the measuring device I used is, but currently I am at ~26% :/ My goal for the end of summer is to be around 20-21%! (Or lower) A shorter term goal: 23-24% by the end of June Another very important goal I have for myself this month is to drink more water! 8-10 cups of water and not a random cup I have at home-a REAL 250mlx8 of water

Boredom eating...my solution to boredom eating is another problem. I like to cook or bake or make some kind of food when I'm bored... It's kind of counter productive. Maybe I should pick up on a new hobby
Something I'm going to try
I feel like my worst boredom eating happens in front of the tv in this one lazy boy chair. So experiment time. I’m going to try to cut back greatly on tv and try to remove myself from that room as much as possible. I will take up more reading and other random hobbies. I really think this could work but I’ll keep you updated!

Whole Wheat Banana Blueberry Bread
I AM MAKING THIS THIS WEEKEND. It looks amazing, and no butter — click through for the full recipe/instructions! (If/when I make it, I’ll upload my own photos and calculate the nutrition info!)
Ingredients:
1 cup whole-wheat flour
1/4 cup almond flour (if you don’t have almond flour, replace with whole wheat is fine)
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg
1/3 cup low-fat plain yogurt (or sour cream)
1 tablespoon low-fat milk
3 ripe bananas; mashed
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup – 1 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)

Day 3 of the 3-day detox
Probably the hardest day out of the three but also the day with most energy! I've been wanting food all day, so I can't wait for tomorrow! But I will use the same discipline I had through this detox to eat only what I need and not eat until my stomach feels like it's going to explode

Day 2 of the 3-day detox
Side effects included feeling slightly sick and nauseous during the day but it passed quickly. Also, instead of an extra drink as a snack, I had a banana and some blueberries... Hopefully that won't take away from the detox
