Death Note The Musical English Subtitle Announcemnt

Hey! I’m here to officially announce my Subtitle Project for Death Note the Musical. I’m currently in the process of learning Japanese and I feel like this’ll be good practice for me.

“BUT WHAT ABOUT SINNESPIEL!!! AHDHSSHAMJXMK!” Yes, I am well aware of Sinnespiel’s already existing subtitles for the Musical, so you may be wondering why I am doing my own? Well, despite liking the job they have done so far, and learning how to subtitle thanks to their files, I prefer something that flows a lot better, especially when it comes to musicals. Plus, it always helps to have multiple options for translations so you can pick something that works for you

So how will I’ll be translating this. Well, I’ll take the Direct Translation, any lines from the Anime/Manga, plus the original script where useable, and then I’ll create a sort of almagamtion that I think personally works.

So, when will this be coming out. Well, I am currently in the middle of “Where is the Justice?” So, I’d say expect in about Two Months. I’m still learning, so I’m not the best at translating. Anyway, thanks for checking this out, and I’ll be sure to post updates as this project goes on
