“I think it’s like an oldest sibling thing, the comedic timing of it while you’re calling out something ironic. I’ve seen it before with my own eyes,” Arielle grinned. Her eyebrows slowly rose at Harrison’s heartfelt explanation. As if she didn’t know that the man was still very much head-over-heels in like with her big sister. “Well you know maybe you could encourage her to get back out there into the dating pool. Y’know, be each other’s wing people? Maybe—” She paused and then quickly mumbled, “Makeamarriagepactwitheachother—” and then she smiled, “But heyyy, what do I know, right?” She giggled. “Oooh, like X-Men, that’s pretty dope! Are you gonna talk to Mal about it? Or is it just one of those exclusively super hero-y type of things?” She asked curiously. “Nope, not the Santa Ana winds, although I will say those winds were BLOWIIING the other day, but nope. Uh-uh, I feel like something is brewing upon the horizon. A hot girl—or guy—summer, as my generation boasts about.” 

A giant alarm began going off in his head the more the youngest Triton rattled off. SHE KNOWS SHE KNOWS SHE KNOWS. The alarm couldn’t get any louder but he did his best to play it off. If he was to reveal anything he wanted Attina to be the first to hear it from him. “I’d say that would be up to her. When she’s ready of course. If she wanted my help I would help h--” He paused when Arielle mentioned marriage. “I--don’t think she’d agree to that. That seems like something you and the twins would do.” His head was spinning from this whole conversation but he laughed it off with his joyous laugh. “Yeah I’ll talk with her since some of trainees might come from the school, and I don’t want to step on any toes. She’s always been one for protecting those who need it. So I can’t imagine I’ll get much push back.” He blinked at her for a moment. “Do I want to know what a hot person summer is?”

Attina had been throwing every aspect of herself into work recently. If she kept her hands busy she wouldn’t have time to think about her personal tidings as much. Especially since Arista had Attina beginning to question her current lifestyle. Attina wasn���t sure how to go about changing it though, all she ever knew how to be was a caregiver. Now to care for herself, she didn’t even know where to start. Attina had been analyzing some samples of ocean life under microscope when she heard three soft knocks at her door. About to switch samples when she looked up and noticed a familiar stranger. Shell-shocked the glass sample slipped from her hands and fell to the ground shattering into a bunch of tiny pieces. “Harrison?” Almost asking as if he was a figment of her imagination. Not caring about the glass or the mess that had to be cleaned she immediately flocked to his arms. Hugging him tightly, a large smile took over her lips. “I’m so happy to see you again. Are you visiting from New York?”

Are you visiting from New York? Those words almost broke his heart to remember there had been those times were he’d come back here only to just leave her once again. Harrison never wants to do that again, even if it’s just to remain friends it’d be worth it. “I’ve missed you Attina.” He said softly resting his chin on her shoulder for a moment, also completely ignoring that fact Attina had dropped something. If it had hurt her it would have been another story, but she was safely in his arms now. The way her hugs felt like a warm ocean breeze calmed his worry. “Not this time. I’m hoping to stay for good. I actually plan on retiring which makes me sound old, but the city doesn’t need me anymore. Not like it used to.” For so long he had put the citizens of New York first above all else. Never once thinking of what he had put aside to protect it. But now his brothers were grown and didn’t need him to lead them anymore. “I umm brought us some food to catch up over. It is reheat-able if you still have work to do we can save it for later.” He reluctantly said as he didn’t want to remove himself from this embrace. But alas, the Italian food hanging from his hand was beckoning.

She wondered if she could sneak in something about Attina; she knew what her sisters were up to. But it felt wrong to bring her older sister up in conversation when she hardly spoke to her these days. “Please do! All the fashion things,” the words followed by a laugh, “I don’t think I’d know how to escape it even if I wanted to.”

“I wish I had that fashion bug. My sister still sends me clothes because I am absolutely useless when it comes to that.” If it was up to him Harrison would wear basketball shorts and tank tops his whole life. But he’d rather make sure not to offend his sister. “Do you have any shows coming up?”

It was to no ones surprise that Harrison had found himself back inside the walls of Walt Disney Prep Academy. Years had past but the charm was still there. Surely while he was here there would be people knew. The Headmistress was still the same of course. Johnny’s Memorial still was right outside Mal’s office. Where it belonged. Although Harrison was planning to visit the memorial a bit longer there was someone else he needed to see first. Nervous on the inside but all smiles on the outside he approached Attina’s office door. Three soft knocks before waiting politely. “Attina I hope I’m not interrupting anything. It’s just me, Harrison.” Instantly he got this tranquil feeling like he had just got home. Like all those years he had just been away, and now he was back.

“I do. And don’t worry, I’ve been doing it just long enough to know what I’m doing.” She’d hate to give someone something that flared an allergic reaction, or simply wasn’t beneficial at all. Alana was practically holding her breath as he sniffed it, hoping he liked it. “You are so very welcome. You have to tell me what you think.”

“I was not worried.” He laughed. The last people on earth he’d be worried about would be the Triton sisters. Each one he believed full-heartedly to be just as kind as the last. Now he knew word did travel fast between the sisters, but he believed it was all in good fun. “I’ll give you a full report!” He placed it in his jacket pocket for safe keeping. There was no way he’d let this get lost. “Are you still doing the fashion things?”

Taking a look at his rough and calloused hands it was probably about time he took some care of them. Perhaps he could give it a try. “You make them yourself?” He said as he investigated the packaging and brought the sent to his nose. Taking a big stiff like a child would with their first set of scented markers. “This actually smells really good Alana. Thank you for sharing this with me.” 

“Would you like a sample of my newest hand cream?” Alana was often seeing what she could whip up when it came to homemade creams, face masks, or beauty products of any sort, and she was proud of her newest product. “It’s all natural, hibiscus and green tea scented.”

“I think you’d be pretty good at like deadpan or accidental roasting,” Arielle complimented with a big grin. She rocked back and forth in excitement noticing his blush, there was definitely still something there and maybe just maybe she could play matchmaker for both her sister and Harrison. “They definitely are!—Huh? Oh! Well, you know, I figured you’d want to hear about Attina and all the amazing things she’s done—I mean, like, you guys are friends, right?” She responded with the most innocent of looks. “New heroes?! Like The Avengers?Teen Titans? Or even cooler than that?!” She asked excitedly. “Oh, well, I just mentioned romance because you know what they say about Santa Monica, there’s always a little something in the air with romance.” 

“I--I think you’re right.” His eyes got wide when he realized he did in fact do that to his siblings. Accidentally landing on the irony in their situations. “Of course I love to know how well she is doing. I’ll always wish her the best. I wish her every happiness this world has to offer. But as her friend I fail to see why her being single would have anything to do with me.” Despite these words his heart bubbled with excitement. This was the glimmer of hope he wanted but never in a million years believed would happen. Still he had no idea if Attina in fact felt the same way, but now was his chance to finally confess his feelings. If only he could get the courage. “Seeing as it’s generational it’s more like X-Men. I’m not nearly as cool as Professor X though.” He chuckled feeling like he was talking to one of his own siblings. The Wegos were always obsessed with Teen Titans. “Are you talking about the Santa Ana winds?”

“Only if you’re certain, it’s really no problem! I’ve already gotten a couple of dirty looks from the others in line behind you.” She mused, trying not to make eye contact with the strangers behind him. Lucy chuckled with a small shake of her head. “Me? Oh heavens no, they’re for my co-workers. I foolishly decided to go out and get one for myself and I ended up with fifteen other orders.”

“Perhaps they aren’t morning people like myself. But I assure you these baristas are amazing. They’ll be done before there’s a riot.” He said as he positioned himself between the woman and the forming peanut gallery. “Ah! That makes a lot more sense, and sounds very kind of you. If you need any help carrying them to your office I have two arms.”

“That’s amazing!—I mean it wouldn’t sibling love if we didn’t casually roast each other you know? I’m glad she’s at least happy doing what she loves,” Arielle chuckled. “Ahhhh, well! Aquata’s still away in Egypt, Arista’s over the moon with her music and baby Alex, Adella—probably reading another romance novel, Andrina—um—hm—I think she’s still with the science thing and Attina,” She emphasized with a smirk, “Is still very much single and focused on marine research,” She playfully nudged Hego with a very bright smile. “So does that mean you’ll be settling down then? No more super hero duty? Maybe focus on the joys in life, like art, music, romance?” 

“Ha ha! I was never too good at the roasting, the younger ones were always more creative on that end.” As Arielle went on about her own sisters there was one in particular he was waiting to hear about. When her name was finally spoken a blush appeared on Harrison’s face. “Well-- that’s amazing! It sounds like they are all doing well.” He let out a hearty laugh trying to cover up his awkwardness about hearing the news of Attina’s status he so longed to hear. “Why would I need to know that? It’s--I haven’t seen her in so long.” He shook his head trying to get out if his thoughts. “We shall see how things go. I still have to wait to hear on how the new heroes do. But if all goes well I’m hoping to start a hero training camp here. Romance?” He squints his eyes. Was she already on to him? “What about it?”

Coffee was what would motivate her, or at least she hoped it would.​ However going on a coffee run meant everyone at the office wanted one too. With a large order she knew the customers in line wouldn’t be too happy. Turning to look behind her she offered a sorrowful expression. “I’m so sorry for the wait! I can pay for you order in exchange for the time you had to wait.”

“Who me? I am currently not doing anything any time soon.” He looks at his non-existent watch. “So take as long as you want. Payment is not necessary I assure you. Perhaps you may answer my question though. Who on earth are all these coffees for? If they are all for you I might have to call a medic.”

“Well, rest assured I will continue to be the perfect amount of loud just for you,” She beamed excitedly. “Wow…yeah, you’re right! The last time you were here I think…I was getting ready to graduating undergrad––time flies when you’re having fun. Oooh, she made a fabulous pick! How is she, by the way?” She asked curiously, tilting her head. “It’s about time! You’ve been off saving the world for so long, I was wondering when you’d take time and settle down, y’know?” 

“She’s doing fine at the moment as far as I know. Our communications stick to mostly clothes being dropped off along with a “don’t be ugly” before she leaves. Her and Mego have always been the closer ones and it sounds like she’ll be staying in New York for a bit longer. Honestly whatever keeps her happy and doing what she loves is all I need. Speaking of sisters...how are umm Aquata...Arista...Adella...Andrina...yah know.” Coughs like he doesn’t already know all their names and specially one in particular that never left his mind. “Settle down and let the new heroes do their best. Let the baby birds learn to fly, so to speak.”

“Hego!!!” Arielle squealed excitedly when she realized who she had been talking to. “Well, I’m glad–wait, I dunno if I can be, because that must mean they’re super loud and that must suck, right? But oh my gosh, hi!” She rambled excitedly. “Well, I mean…wowzers, it has been a while, huh? I like the suit! Are you here to stay this time?” 

“No, no. You are the perfect amount of loud. I don’t know what I would do without it.” He gave her little head pats of reassurance. “Yeah it’s been two maybe three years I think? Oh thanks Sonya picked it out. I think I’ll be staying longer than I normally do. It’s time I really take a break. Hopefully longer than your spring break.” 

“That’s alright I lost my eardrums once the twins were born. So there’s nothing left to harm” He laughed his hearty laugh. “Wait--Is that you little Ari? You keep growing up.”

“Finally! It’s Spring Break!” Arielle screeched loudly as she practically barreled her way out of campus. “Sorry!!” She said to no one in particular with a giggle.

Meet Harrison George! Word on the street is that he bears a striking resemblance to Henry Cavill. He is a Super Hero/Ex-Military. Currently, he’s taken.

Trigger Warnings: Parental neglect

→ Once Upon A Time.

Growing up in upstate New York to the George family was tough to say the least. As the oldest of 5 siblings his parents always looked to him to take charge of them. Which proved to be difficult as Wego “the twins” were always chaotic, Mego always with the sly comments, and Shego claiming to be evil. Which he never believed to be truly evil, always just saw her as the misunderstood one. 

On an early morning at WDPA you could see him rounding up all his siblings to make sure they all got to class on time. Once they all developed their powers fully it was Hego who decided to band together his siblings and become a team of heroes. But this was before magic had been revealed so none were allowed to use their powers.

Shego was the first and only to leave and for a very long time he never understood why. He continued on leading Team Go into being some of the most memorable heroes the world has ever seen. 

→ The Road So Far.

As the team leader of Team Go he is bound to speak at many press junkets about their work as heroes. Sometimes he is even the one to get left behind to work; while his brothers enjoy the luxurious lifestyle of being a hero. 

When it comes to his hero work he can often become a bit of a cliche with his corny dialogue, lack of foresight, and how he seems to be filled with a sense of duty. Somehow the media always seems to love him, and often use him as the symbol of peace for New York. 

Now that Team Go can run without him he’s come back to Santa Monica to take a break from the hero work. Hoping to settle down and relax by the beach for the time being. Though he has set his sights on seeing some old friends of his.
