Club Tropics [ Nightclub + Restaurant] ♥ The Sims 4: Speed Build // CC
Welcome to Club Tropics, a place to let loose and dance the night away under tropical neon lights! Club Tropics is an exclusive nightclub known for its DJs and tropical-inspired food and drinks. The main nightclub is located on the ground floor, which has multiple bars and seating and, of course, a dance floor. On the second floor, there is a restaurant that overlooks the nightclub.
This is another multifunctional lot that can be set as a nightclub or as a restaurant. Once again, I suggest downloading LittleMsSam's Lock Door mod in order to lock doors in commercial lots and if you wanna lock one or the other OR just leave it as it is.

The Sims 3 Smooth Patch 2.0
Disclaimer: This mod is not an all in one solution for lag; Essential improvements like NRaas mods are still recommended. Some people don’t see much change, others see a huge improvement.
ModTheSims Download
This mod alters the speed at which the game’s processing runs, which improves the overall performance of the game and some loading times. Most noticeably in Create A Sim, Create A Style and Buy/Build.
In addition, more specific fixes are included:
CAS clothes are now loaded in as you scroll rather than staggered, greatly improving CAS performance.
Create-A-Style no longer gets locked up and unusable while patterns load.
Create-A-Style drag and drop has been optimized a bit, making it smoother.
Certain CAS audio quirks such as music or voices sometimes not playing should be fixed.
Steam/Disk version: SFS / Dropbox
Unzip the file and drop the ddraw.dll, TS3Patch.asi and TS3Patch.txt files into your Sims 3/Game/Bin directory.
Origin version: SFS / Dropbox
For Origin, unzip the file and drop the TS3Patch.asi, TS3Patch.txt and TS3Launcher.exe files into your “The Sims 3/Game/Bin” folder and install my Custom Launcher or, alternatively, launch the game from “TS3PatchLauncher.exe”
Copy the packages from the “Packages” folder into your “Documents/The Sims 3/Mods/Packages” folder, but make sure you take out the “ld_SmoothPatch_MasterController.package” file if you don’t use NRaas MasterController.
You can configure the mod by editing the TS3Patch.txt file with notepad, and change the tuning by editing the XML file inside of the “ld_SmoothPatch.package” file with S3PE.
Update 2.0:
Added more precise tick counter.
Improve CAS clothing loading times.
Improve CAS music stopping at random.
Improve CAS Sim voices sometimes not playing.
Improve general Create A Style and Drag and Drop performance a bit.
Fix Buy/Build previews spinning too fast.
Update 1.2:
Improved FPS Limiter accuracy.
Package installer/uninstaller no longer goes fullscreen borderless.
The package installer/uninstaller will now be limited to 60 FPS regardless of your FPS limiter setting, as it can normally get into the thousands and it doesn’t make much sense.
Origin: Installing or uninstalling CC via the launcher no longer makes the patch not take effect once you launch the game.
Update 1.2.1:
Optimized FPS Limiter.
General Optimization.
Borderless should now work better, even if you change resolutions in-game.

[TS3] Random Sim Fixes 2.0
Overview
This mod attempts to fix and improve Sim generation and age up, mainly by getting rid of pudding face, with a whole lot of other fixes and improvements.

Features
Generated Sims will no longer be pudding faced.
Sims won't age up into or generate with future clothing on non-future worlds anymore, and a lot of homeworld inappropriate or costume clothing has been blacklisted (No more elf hats!)
Male Sims now have tunable chances to grow facial hair and body hair, both on age up and on Sim generation.
Generated Sims will now actually have random voices and voice pitches, rather than all being 50% pitch Voice 1. Sims will also re-roll voice types on age up as more voice types become available to them.
Fitness, weight and breast size are now randomized as well, including muscle definition. Muscle definition depends on fitness and weight, with some variation.
Sims will no longer generate with green hair colors. Via tuning, you can also make it so that generated Sims randomly pick hair colors that you've saved as presets in CAS.
Installation
There are 2 flavors available, same mod, different tuning:
"ld_RandomSimFixes.zip" - Default flavor. Hair color for generated Sims is chosen from a preset list.
"ld_RandomSimFixes_CustomHair.zip" - Custom hair colors flavor. Hair color for generated Sims is chosen from your custom saved CAS hair color presets.
Just drop the package into your Documents/Sims 3/Mods/Packages folder.
You can modify the tuning with S3PE - inside of the package you can find a commented XML with all of the tuning values.
Compatibility
Won't take effect if you already have a core mod that fixes pudding faces - disable this feature in the core mod if possible to have this work.
Special thanks to Simler90, as I've found about some of these issues thanks to his GameplaySystems core mod.

4to3 Fountain Objects Conversion Pack (17 Items: World Adventures & Showtime Required)
The fountain object catalog could really use some new items, so I tried converting these from sims 4. This conversion pack contains a selection of decorative fountain emitters (e.g. spitting fish & frogs) and lightings that was categorized under the object decoration in the sims 4. :D

Due to the number of items in this pack, I’ll be making it modthesims exclusive as I cannot possibly post all of the item details one by one here (you’ll notice once you’ve seen the details I wrote there). You don’t need to register to download and it is recommended to carefully check each item details, requirement & known issues (nothing major, just some info on what to look out for). To remedy this, I’m planning on making a collection file of my conversion tumblr exclusive within next week.
Lastly, on a personal note: Happy Chinese New Year everyone. I’m feeling a little burnt and gonna take it easy for the coming weeks. I’ll be posting more conversion around valentines day :3

Custom Lighting & Environment Mods for TS3

asked me “What lighting mod do you use?”
So here is the complete list of all the lighting mods I’m currently playing with.
(the pictures above are completely unretouched - no Reshade
UranesiaLightingMod_NOGreenSunrise+DefaultWater+BrighterNight by Nilxis : it’s the main lighitng mod.
Wasset_EnchantedEnvironment_Seperated by Wasset ; it change the appearance of both the sun and the moon (plus adding them a beautiful “halo”), of the clouds, rainbow and stars, and few other features. The original link on his page is broken, so I just uploaded it HERE
Improved Environmental Shadows by Simsi45 ; I’m using just the DYNAMIC file (the shadows respond more accurately to the sun’s position, letting them stretch further towards the horizon).
Shadow Extender by Lazy Duchess: it increases the draw distance of shadows and in addition improves the look of map view by making trees and other miscellaneous deco cast shadows, when they previously did not.
Snow but Better by Lyralei: instead of the snow replacement of Wasset, I’m using this one, more detailled. The terrain snow textures are entirely redone; Frosty windows and glass now has more detailed frost on it; it fix that annoying and ugly “Grass” patches.; Icicles have a new texture; Roads got bumpier and more detailed.
Reworked & Impreved EA lights by Simsi45: it modifies the lite resource for almost all the lamps, making the game a little bit more atmospheric and visually appealing.
Shader Tweaks by Lazy Duchess: this is a set of improvements and fixes to some of the shaders. The color of rooms will now contribute to lighting on Sims. Outdoor Sims skin lighting was slightly “flattened” to make Sim faces look slightly better. Bloom has been reduced significantly.

Rockwood Island - BETA
When life gets too loud in Rosewood, Rockwood is place to go! Only a few miles off the coast, this tiny Park addon sprouted a cozy community of individuals who like to live life a little slower. Built up by a few members of Rosewood, Rockwood mimics its big sister, just in a bite sized way!
This world is an EDIT of Hylewood by the amazing @nilxis, credit for terrain and plant placement goes to them!

WORLD DETAILS:
Tiny Map
around 20 tiny houses, most do have at least 2 bedrooms!
Town hall, festival ground, cafe, bar, playground, community pool, park, basketball field, school, football field, grocery store, beach community lots included.
Fully built up but no interiors to houses.
BG Compatible: EP CC is included if you are missing an EP but some objects may still be replaced by statues (very few).
CC is included but its quite a bit!
This world has its own lighting mod, so please remove any lighting mod you use or download the lighting mod if you want it for other worlds, its a realistic one!
KNOWN ISSUES:
The cafe has a glitch where sims like to use the water taxi to exit it, a library file of a fixed Cafe has been included, please replace the lot in game!
This is a BETA so there will still be some routing issues!
Issues with basketball and football field where the yellow boulders may need to be deleted as sometimes they prevents sims exiting the lot!
The industrial Strength Doors by Cyclonesue and the Scania doors may mess up. You will just need to replace them for your sims to access the lot.
As this world is a Beta and I made it mainly for me, so if you have issues please tell me but I am not planning on fixing small things unless they really mess up. I am not really active anymore and this is just being uploaded because people asked :)
