The latest revision to Mac OS X received enthusiastic promotion on the cover of this issue. (I'll admit my antique and now not much used, if still usable, PowerBook G4 still has OS X 10.4 loaded on it, mostly because it still supported the "Classic" environment for running OS 9 programs.)
