The only thing that seemed to relax Ais even a little, or at least silence him was the sound of you sniffling and making a very obvious attempt to hold back your tears.
What got you to this point? According to your lover, you had a knack for sticking your nose where it didn't belong. You never listened to him and did nothing but overstep.
Ais had a splitting headache, and you were only trying to help him. You didn't think you would annoy him so much... Still, you shouldn't cry.
"I'm sorry... I didn't mean to do this much.." You said, taking a step back from Ais, who had gone pale, seeing the tears well in your eyes.
"Sparrow, I..."
"It's fine..." You assured him, "I know the headache makes you more irritable."
You only wanted to help... Asking about Ocudeus was your way of making sure things hadn't gotten worse for Ais... That he was still himself.
Not only did it hurt, but it shook you to your very core when Ais yelled like that... At you no less.
Your heart ached and you weren't sure if you should stay and keep trying or run off and never do this again. You didn't even realize you were now wiping at the never-ending tears that ruined your face. Your chest was tight as you held out on crying out loud.
Ais felt guilt like never before wash over him. What had he done that for...!? Now you were crying. It wasn't something he was used to seeing from you either... You were usually so strong. Why had he gone and broken you? He needed to fix this...
He found himself reaching out for you, ignoring his headache to soothe you, "Sparrow..." He cupped your face, his thumbs drying your tears, "I didn't mean any of that.."
"I-I know." You leaned into his touch, "I just wasn't expecting you to snap like that is all..."
"I know, and I'm sorry..." He pulled you in close, letting you bury your face in his shoulder, "I know you're just trying to help.."
Ais wasn't sure what to say, really... He could only hold you until you relaxed. Until the tears stopped and you felt safe in his arms again...
He would work harder to check his temper next time this happened. Especially with you. This would not happen again. Ever.
He would die a thousand deaths before he made you cry again.

The only 2 theories I got on Mhin now is that Kuras big fat ass crash landed on Lovent and left a big crater, Mhin was an aspiring scholar at Senobium and went on an expedition and came out fucked beyond repair because it's basically Chernobyl on steroids and now Mhin's returned mad as hell that the people that were supposed to help them have closed their gates.
ORRR, the other theory being that Mhin is of Lovent descent and the few survivors left with lasting Curses.
