Not homophobic I'm a queer trans man and I would appreciate you not belittling my queer identity by calling it "self-identified" saying that as a trans man a gay man would be able to date me is not homophobic
There is really no solid determining factor to decide whether one is bi or pan.
When one tries to figure out if they’re gay or straight, they try to figure out if they’re attracted to men or women. They try to figure out what their biological attraction is.
There is no biological difference between bi and pan like there is gay and straight—because both bi and pan people are attracted to both sexes. The “I like all genders” argument only applies to those who believe in more than 2 genders. Even if you do believe in more than 2 genders, it is still sex characteristics that people are attracted to.
Plus, and I’ve said this before... “bisexual” means “attracted to both sexes”. Therefore pansexual would mean “attracted to all sexes”. How many sexes are there? Two. Making pan and bi exactly the same at base level.
The “I don’t have a preference” argument is something bisexuals have repeatedly expressed as something bisexuals can experience too. The “I see hearts not parts” argument has been rightfully criticized as something most people can agree with, and not a pansexual exclusive thing.
Every single way to determine if you’re pan or bi, is based on determining whether or not you fall into biphobic stereotypes and misconceptions. Those who fit them are bi, those who don’t are pan.
It’s equivalent to a homosexual man deciding he’s not gay, but something else, simply because he’s not hypersexual and wants to get to know his partners instead of having flings.
Tl;dr:
Pansexuality is not a unique sexuality. There is no way to differentiate it from bisexuality like we can differentiate homosexuality and heterosexuality, because pan and bi are biologically the same. The only difference between the labels is that one is based off of enforcing harmful stereotypes.

I literally never claimed to be pan I'm queer that's the label I use.

I said I have a preference for 2 specific genders because I have a preference For people who identify as nonbinary/genderfluid? My sexuality being queer literally has literally has nothing to do with with biological sex my attraction to people is based off of their gender my preferences lie in things that are specifically gender identity

Well damn then....
Can we please admit that ADHD is also a spectrum? Some people suffer a lot more from their ADHD. There’s people that manage fairly well, or don’t feel as hindered by it. My brother is barely bothered by it, he just gets really active and does sports. I am constantly impacted by it, and I’m tired of people acting like we’re all the same. We’re not. There are moments where I can’t cook for weeks, where I can’t manage to send an email for work, meanwhile he’s running his own business successfully. Some of us are barely functioning because of our ADHD, and others seem to be thriving because of it.
So yeah, there’s definitely degrees in it, right?

What do I want: Feel comfortable enough with another human being to experiment my sexuality to find out whether I actually want sex or not
When do I want it: Apparently never because my brain says adding other people into my sexual experience is icky

Made an old character again plus with the queer flag! She was originally meant to be everything I wanted to be but I guess now she kinda represents me!

quick reminder that people do not have control over what their brain remembers. they cannot choose to remember something, they didnt forget because they "didnt care", and they arent trying to get out of responsibilities
please, please, please stay patient with those who have memory issues. its already stressful and scary enough having to experience the memory issues and yelling at us, guilt tripping us, and punishing us isnt going to suddenly make us remember things more
we try every single day to remember as best as we can and even setting alarms and leaving reminders doesnt work every single time. we are trying our best. please just stay kind to us
💕💕💕

I got interested in learning about DID at one point because an online friend of mine who I no longer keep in touch with was diagnosed. In learning about it I only got more interested in it and began wanting to see more positive representation and even possibly make that representation. We should always do research before we write about things we don't understand.
I’m gonna say something….. controversial

Have you ever seen a twitter thread (or, in this case, two!) that so perfectly expressed everything you’d felt over months and months of persistent harassment? With all credit to @blackblobyellowcone, who is clearly amazing and completely gets it– not just why us women write and read the erotica that we do, but the history behind the censorship we, as a gender, have experienced. Bravo.

My life is what I call “organized chaos”.
[Alt Text: Panel 1 Caption: “I have a particular way of organizing.” Main character is arranging their pencils and papers in a neat and visible fashion exclaiming “Perfect! I can see everything!”
Panel 2 Caption: “Sometimes it is extremely helpful”. Shows book shelves neatly organized.
Panel 3 Caption: “It can make things easy to find.” Shows a makeup vanity with everything organized upright to be seen and accessed easier.
Panel 4 Caption: “Sometimes...” Shows the page being covered by computer folders, organized neatly but in an overwhelming amount. Main character exclaims off screen “Argh! Where is that file?!” ]
