for your story, Under the Earth: Far From Home… so did the Fentons purposely bury their son since he was screaming as they buried him?? or was it a grief thing where they thought they were imagining his screams?

So what I imagine on the whole screaming forefront, is that they didn’t hear anything. They probably used the same tech as the Fenton Ear Plugs for the casket. That way the ‘ghost’ couldn’t use their baby boy’s voice against them while they drove or buried him.

Do I know what they were actually thinking? Uhh, no. It was meant to be just a plot device with no real thought put into it. : / This fic was meant to be maybe three chapters long. Originally it was supposed to be just a one shot with both Danny and Jason’s pov’s all in one. But now that it’s grown into whatever the hell this is, I have to figure out just what they were thinking about exactly. >~< Especially if there’s any kind of confrontation in future chapters.

I love how in fics with immortal Danny he has like 5 valid ages. Like the bat fam ask him how old he is and he asks in what way. Like since my birth? Biologically in my human form?(if there is slowed or stopped ageing) In ghost terms? Historically? Mentally? They are all different answers imma need a more specific question. The answer varies greatly

Danny’s just like, “Please follow this little choice tree for your answer.” Before handing them said choice tree. It also serves as a sort of FAQ for all of those follow-up questions people always ask. He’s got this down to a science. ;3 If they still end up having questions he’ll pull out the timeline with very specific answers and evidence for when and how he shows up in the timeline(s). There’s a whole fuckin hour long slideshow on this shit, he has the time and he’s that petty. XD
