Timothy Drake Wayne, youngest CEO, Times person of the year a year ago (you choose why), and all around impressive business individual is easily recognizable wherever he goes…so long as he’s in a suit. As a CEO Timothy is both a staunch professional and a blatant gen z kid which makes him somewhat beloved and well known by everyone across the county.

But then Tim is wandering around Gotham in a pair of jeans and a flannel over long sleeves and no body takes a second glance.

He’s sitting at the skatepark laughing at “Timothy Drake Wayne funniest moments” compilations with other skaters while they take a break and no one knows the video is about him.

Timothy has to take a public flight and the guy at security checks his ID and then looks up at Tim like “hey you have the same name as that one kid CEO.” And it takes everything in Tim’s power to not immediately respond with “that’s because he is me?” Instead he slaps on the biggest grin and says “what a weird coincidence.”

He’s dressed down sitting in first class because he’s not a heathen and he’s gonna be stuck in a suit for this entire conference. The entire time this lady next to him kept scoffing about his appearance and how he probably never worked for a thing in his life. About how the quality of this aircraft company is going down if they’re letting people like Tim occupy first class. Tim, meanwhile, immediately clocked this woman as the CFO of a company WE was considering partnership with. Lol, fat chance that goes through now.

Tim keeps a suit at Wayne Tower for the emergency meetings he sometimes gets called into. He’s heading into the building when the security of the visiting company shoves him out of the way cause they assume he’s some teen. Needless to say that when he walks into the conference room cleaned an suited up, he found complete delight on watching all the blood drain from their face.

Tim makes fun of Superman because he doesn’t even have to wear glasses to get away with his secret identity. He’s not even trying to hide and people still look over him in a crowd when he’s not in a suit.

Some shady company is trying to buy the skatepark Tim regularly visits and has bribed the GCPD to arrest kids for “loitering” or “trespassing.” Or something. Tim gets arrested one time, sends a snap selfie like “lol got arrested.” and then buys the land the skate park is on and also the company that tried to buy it to build a resort.

There is an entire hashtag full of selfies people have taken with a dressed down Tim out and about in Gotham all captioned with something like “lol, I found our favorite teenage CEO’s doppelgänger!”

When we say : "Can we please stop oversexualizing Nightwing ?" we don't mean: "stop finding him sexy", what we actually mean is: "stop making other characters ogle/catcall him/treat him like an object and then pretend he is a playboy when we can see several times that he is not comfortable with it" (see all of Grayson).

Also the butt jokes are tired.

Jason struggles…

some days are so bad that talking is a no, his brain is too fogged up. He can barely think and when he does think its about how unreal he feels which makes everything worse.

on the days that feel “normal” he can barely see the miscolorization of life or how tunnel vision his eyes feel.. no, those get ignored on good days.

sometimes, he clocks out of conversations.. he can sit and listen, sure, but it goes through one ear and out the other. his body, on auto pilot, nods and hums so the other person still thinks hes present but hes not. hes focused on how badly he WANTS to be apart of the conversation but how he cant be. he cant focus.

and oho god dont get him started on texting. on the horrible no body feely days, he can barely process texts.. he can barely focus enough to use his keyboard. the screen is too bright even on the lowest setting… the colors inside are weird- just. ugh. so on those icky days, you dont hear from him often……

dont get him started on how gross his body feels… and his hands feel too far away, his legs feel like jelly… he can feel his heart pounding against his chest like he ran a marathon but all hes doing is laying in bed. feeling how out of focus his head is.

he doesn’t feel present, he never feels present. hes stuck behind a glass wall behind his eyes, watching as some imposter Todd navigates HIS life. Its unfair. That was his life torn from him and now all he can do is sit back and watch…. maybe wait? for what? control? itll never happen but he could silently hope.

but none of this matters right?

finally done with the series that's been plaguing my dreams for a month

Damian, curled up in the library, reading a book he found that's been thoroughly annotated by someone. It's full of post-its. The person didn't write directly on the pages.

He can't quite figure out who did this. No one in the manor really fits the profile. The remarks are detailed, passionate almost. And the book's a romance novel of all things.

He reads through it while enjoying the commentary left by the mystery person. He blue screens for a second when he finds it signed at the end.

Prompt #16

Jason reveals to the batfam that he doesn't remember much beyond bits and pieces of his childhood and time leading up to his death, when it comes to memories pre-death, and just after his resurrection before his dunk in the Lazarus Pit.

Each in their own ways, different members of the batfam, share the memories they have of Jason, in the periods of time that Jason is missing memories.

Alfred requests Jason's help making food sometimes, and as they are making it, Alfred tells Jason about the last time they made it.

Tim occasionally leaves Jason notes with a photograph attached. The photo is usually of Jason as Robin, and the notes describe when the picture was taken. One memorable one was actually a picture of Jason at one of the galas, and Tim captured Jason's clear discomfort and readjustment of the suit that Jason had been told to wear that night.

Bruce will sometimes just recount a memory to Jason, but sometimes, when it is a longer or more emotional one, Bruce will find a private spot and write it down for Jason. They usually end up a few pages, and in a sort of letter format.

Damian will usually mention offhand some moment or interaction that he had with Jason during the time that they were both with the LoA at the same time. As soon as Damian sees the look of loss and confusion on Jason's face at his words, Damian will do his best to gently explain what he remembers.

The other bats do the same if they have interacted with Jason in the past, but most of the memories have come from Alfred, Bruce, Tim, and Damian. Jason even keeps a box of photos and notes and letters.

I firmly believe that Jason Todd was the scrawniest Robin by a very wide margin (he was both short and a beanpole) he earned the nickname Little Wing by literally being a spec of a child.

Sure, all the robins were small (they’re kids) but Jason was notably scrawny.

This is why basically no one saw it coming that he was Red Hood. My man died, fucked off for four years, experienced puberty and came back 14 inches taller and built like a fridge.

this first one aint even a hc, it’s canon but i HART IT SMM. he loved school. LOVED with a capital L. he loved learning, loved figuring and finding things out. and GOD was he a bookworm. i think baby jay has read a llloooottt of books already. nerdiest robin fr.

i like to think he was a huge cuddler too? because he didn’t really… yk, get much love when he was a wee lad. so i think that after awhile, if hes feeling lonely or just wants a snuggle, he’ll crawl up in bruces bed. bruce caught onto what the baby wanted and absolutely smothered him in papa lovins. head smooches, bear hugs, back rubs. he also does this to dick when they become besties (soz i stan baby jay n teen dick being bffls) he’ll crawl up in bed with dickie and ask him to tell him old robin stories and dick does. they’re usually silly and lighthearted and jason STILL hangs onto them even in his adult years.

ik its canon that little jay was probably the sweetest robin BUT i think he had a small attitude. nothing that derails from his sweet personality bc i love the contrast between baby jay and adult jay’s character BUTTTTTT i think that if he gets mad or upset, hes kinda nasty with his words and has the wwwoorssst attitude. i also think hes super annoying. like he IS THE annoying little brother to dick and that carries on 💀

ive said this before and ill say it again. alfred taught jason how to cook. he knows how to cook, bake and even make some yummy drinks like smoothies and milkshakes. he’ll forever thank alfred for this because he wouldn’t have these skill’s without him

jay walked everywhere as kid. he didnt care to be dropped off places even though.. he kinda did like car rides. since he was allowed too, he took a lot of walks. walks downtown, to the park, to the convenience store.

trigger warning with slight ed on this next one me thinks but i think he had such an issue eating when he first got to bruces? because food was scarce with his parents so when he started getting fed regularly and in huge amounts, he over fed himself. hed eat until his stomach literally hurt. he would ACTUALLY throw up and when bruce asked why he did this jay told him that he didn’t want to waste food. bruce then had to kinda feed jay small amounts and build up from there. older jason eats a lot but because he can handle it, he doesn’t eat until he’s physically ill.

hehe anyway baby jason liked to listen to music to sleep. it was usually 80’s.. 90’s music because thats what dick listened too but eventually he branched out to rock, rap, r&b. he listens to literally everything and i mean everything. you can play anything around older jay and he’ll know it. musicals? opera? jazz? dare i even say country?? he hates country but knows a good handful of songs. but yeah, he likes music a lot.

resurrected jason has a hard time looking in mirror’s because the boy that looks back at him is unrecognizable. he breaks down and sometimes has panic attacks. he covers mirrors for the longest time too.

Tim tampers with it on more then one occasion. Hooks up some motion activated speaker/microphone mechanism complete with a voice modulator so that he can speak to whoever it passes. Steph is convinced for a whole WEEK that the roomba is sentient

Jason puts a few knives sticking out from it at some point. The whole family can hear Bruce’s screams when it enters his study.

And Dick just turns the damn thing off every time he sees it. He thinks it’s the worst purchase of all their collective lives

mother selina. yeah. ohhhhh she adores Bruces kids. Even the oldest ones!!!

with Dick it was a little… hm, tricky?? she never EVER wants to insert herself into these boys lives if they choose to not want her. dick hated it in the beginning. he had just lost his parents and was now put into this situation with his adopted father and his klepto girlfriend. she was sweet, yeah, but she wasn’t his mother. nobody was going to replace his mom. but.. then.. selina started coming around a lllot more.. she would make him.. hot coco on cold snowy mornings.. and watch movies the movies Bruce would never watch with him… and would take him back to school shopping… and would bring him soup and fuzzy socks when he got sick…. and FUCK man, she gave the best hugs and the warmest snuggles. OKAY! you got him, he adored his adopted mom. and he started calling her mom, even into adulthood. she stepped in without forcing herself onto him and that was exactly what he needed. she was there for him when no one in the manor was. bye crying.

as if that wasn’t angsty enough…. Ahem. Selina was there the moment Jason was taken in from the streets. she watched this skittish, curious boy turn into the snarkiest back talker. she watched him train to be robin and saw the excitement glisten in his eyes every-time he went out and kicked ass. she saw his quiet moments where he sat and did homework or read by the fireplace. they never really had a relationship, he acknowledged her presence and never turned down anything motherly that Selina would offer. he was stand offish with women and she knew that. so she never forced anything onto him and he appreciated that. but ooohh when Jason died. her heart shattered into pieces. he didn’t deserve what happened to him. we all know that. the manor always felt way too big after that. There wasn’t a kid around for aaawwhillee and she hated what happened to Bruce afterward. now when Jason came back and started to be cool with the family again?? THATS when they started their bond. theyll go out for lunch or grab coffee. he’ll rant about things and ask for help and she always happily listens. everyones sure jay is her second fav fs.

i’ve said this before ok…. but Tim is her favorite. its never outright said but the entire family kNOWS!!! She 100% spoils him, she’ll steal buy him clooothes, fooood, other silly things he needs or wannnts. its cute. before she moved in and married Bruce, she used to have Tim over for like girls nights and shit. they’d stay up and talk, gossip while mean girls plays in the background. they still do this after she moves in but its not as frequent. i also feel like tim hangs with harley and ivy. like they’ll all have girly nights and talk!! harley does timmys naaaillls while they giggle about random things. if tim is having an issue with his s/o, ivy will try to console him and give her best advice. selina will pipe in here and there. i love that hc specifically cus auntie harley n ivy own my heart.

Damian obviously has the biggest issue out of all of them. he cant stand another woman trying to squeeze her way into his life. he hates it. he respects her, of course. but he simply does not treat her like a mother. it breaks Selinas heart simply because she hasn’t done anything for him to outright hate her but she understands where hes coming from and always backs off. he opens up just a little later on but is still very.. side eye! they share a love for animals and like a few of the same movies. once, Selina took Dami out for boba ^_^ he actually loved it so much but never told anyone. i dont have a lot on her and damians relationship becauseeee i just feel like he really doesnt have much to do with her? they have their sweet moments but other than that, they don’t interact much.
