An ancient WIP!

This one's from July 2018 - i think all of my work before then got completed come hell or high water, so I'm pretty sure I don't have a WIP that predates this.

Context: I was doing a series where I drew what I heard in songs, as one singular abstract piece. The song was 'Happy Ever After' by Foo Fighters, and I didn't complete it because I was really struggling to draw blood and roses. I still think it's pretty though.

WIPtober: Genos and Saitama chatting in a pool

Date started: April 2023

Status: In Queue to finish (with high likeliness of completion)

Reason for Hiatus: Cyborgs are hard :( (plus I got paid to start a large commission)

So basically this is a biig, ambitious one. I intent to make it the wallpaper of my Mac when I finish it. The background is from a photo of a lovely book I own, the ^new Smart Approach to Bath Design by Susan Maney. I really recommend looking for this book if you love bathroom design or interior design, or just want interesting looking backgrounds, as there's so many high-quality photos in this book. However I will modify a few things from the original design, such as making the curtains a blush-sakura pattern and probably changing the colours to fit a more japanese colour scheme (since the two characters live in japan (kinda?)).

Due: Last Halloween

Description: This was supposed to be a skeleton cat screeching, I was going to add on little line-ears and whiskers as a filter thing on top haha.

Problem: I went too in-depth and went over the deadline.

I might continue this, but who knows. Maybe one Halloween.

Screw goretober or whatever, I'm doing wiptober where I'll release all my current and abandoned WIPs for people to see throughout that month
