so it seems i’ve lost 2-5 lbs [.91-2.27 kg] (3 pounds give or take depending on if it was water/food weight or actual fat) in a week!
despite not sticking as closely as i’d like to my calorie limit (up to like, 300 over minus a binge), to think i’ve lost this much weight is rly good! i hope i can reach my gw in six months or so!!
it’s hard but we need to stay optimistic when we do these things to ourselves.

psychological advice that helped me to break out of that Binge cycle
How to stay motivated
Try to change your mindset from a
result-oriented to a
performance-oriented goal setting
This means:
A C C E P T : You can’t control the scale at 100%, sometimes it depends on how much fxcking air you breathed in and out over night which can be up to 0,3-0,5 kg more on the scale the next morning (or salt consumption which makes you look bloated out of nowhere)
So chances are big that you might stick to your plan and rules, still won’t have lost any weight over night and then we all know this, the whole day seems wasted and when it happens for a few days in a row, the risk to binge is getting higher due to frustration
(Also when you’re emotional eating, a binge can’t be prevented on 100%, you can either learn to take control and stop earlier each time (mindfulness) or to stick to your rules and go on afterwards without punishing yourself)
Concentrate on what you can control instead: (examples that work for me)
doing at least one work out/day
sticking to your calorie goal
drinking enough water
completing one not ed-related task
going on a walk daily
The whole thing is about:
try to see this as a process that takes time and consistency, giving up because you aren’t there yet quickly enough won’t speed it up
celebrate every achievement, be proud to be able to control much more than the average person.
Don’t stress about things you can’t control, accept that your body is a complex organism that can’t be controlled 100%

kpop dances to burn fat, get toned, and lose weight
(i'm not a professional dancer, this is just what i've noticed and what has worked for me)
drunk dazed - enhypen (lots of jumping, precise movements to build arm/leg/core strength)
fantasia - monsta x (lots of footwork to keep the legs and core slim, did i mention legs, some arm work, some jumping)
bad girl - woo!ah! (lots of jumping to keep the core and legs up n going)
victory song - stray kids (full body intense workout, focuses on core and strong limb movements, if you get a toned stomach you can be like chan and show off-)
ta - stray kids (lots of jumping and keeping your core tight, LEGS)
wannabe - itzy (the dance break is not only a good stretch but good for abs and legs and the whole of the dance is very quick and precise so it'll burn lots of fat pretty quickly)
boxer - stray kids (arms, abs, legs, all the muscles you didn't know existed, felixs kick is a good flexibility goal)
miroh - stray kids (lots of jumping to work the legs and core and sharp arm movements to tone the arms)
my pace - stray kids (lots of jumping and leg work so good cardio to tone legs and stomach)
double knot - stray kids (this is my personal fav for arm and abs, lots of strong arm movements to give strength and skįńñē)
easy - stray kids (lots of arms, arms and arms, there's a big kick that can be nice for a flexibility goal which can help you lose thigh and hip area fat)
all in - stray kids (lots of specific footwork that requires tight core and will help with leg muscles, and lots of arms)
side effects - stray kids (if i were to do only one workout/dance until i reached my ugw it'd be this, it works EVERYTHING)
gods menu - stray kids (abs and arms killer)
naughty - irene & seulgi (the tutting takes a long time to get down but once you've got it down along with the pretty basic footwork, it'll be good for toning forearms and general arms)
peek a boo - red velvet (lots of arms and abs with the side crunch type movements in the chorus and will help tone the stomach)
on - bts (while not only being beautiful, this works the thighs and arms wonderfully)
mic drop - bts (another whole body workout)
idol - bts (very complicated and with repetition is a full body workout)
yes or yes - twice (lots of big arm and leg movements that not only work their respective areas but require a strong and toned core)

despite eating like shit today, when i weighed myself this morning, my scale told me i lost 3.4 pounds already! which is really good! especially considering it’s only been 2-3 days since i started restricting again 😊

i’m reteaching myself to restrict (i went from eating whatever i wanted, however much i wanted, whenever i wanted) to a 1200 calorie max.
it’s only been a few days since i started tracking again but today i’ve only eaten like shit and i don’t like it. i wasted so many calories on cookies i hate myself ugh
