What is Junkion June, you may ask? Well, it’s a fandom event dedicated to the species of Transformers known Junkions, taking place from today, June 1st, all the way until the end of the month, June 30th!

So…Junkions, huh?
yeah.
What are Junkions?
A species of Transformer, made from scrap and who live on a planet called Junk. (Read more here.)
WHY Junkions?
bc I like them.
That all, huh?
ok, also to bring together other ppl who like them and because I’m we're perpetually starved for Junkion content.
Who are the mods?
Me, Madcap (themadcapmathematician).
…just you?
Yeah. I mean, I don’t expect THAT much participation? Junkions are kind of a niche interest within a niche interest. (and I set this up super late dherug) If things get out of hand during the month I’ll bring in another mod or two.
What can the entries be about?
The event is to celebrate Junkions, therefore anything entered must be depict Junkions as the focus. I will also allow any character named Wreck-Gar that kinda fits the bill (i.e. Transformers: Animated Wreck-Gar).
What kinds of entries are allowed?
Any kind of fan content you made or assembled tbh. Including, but not limited to: fic, art, playlists, memes, videos, cosplay, fan crafts of any type, rec lists, edits, aesthetics, graphics, stimboards, headcanons, meta.
How do we submit our entries?
Just make a post and tag it “#JunkionJune” or “#Junkion June”, @ this blog, or submit it to this blog.
What are the prompts?
Week 1 - Rust.
Week 2 - Refuse.
Week 3 - Radio.
Week 4- Rebrand.
Do we have to follow the prompts?
Absolutely not lol. They’re just there to get people started. You can also do prompts out of order or whatever, it’s cool. Go wild.
Are OCs allowed?
Of course! (besides, there are like what…10 named Junkions???)
Is smut allowed?
By god YES, I beg of you. I won’t rb it to this blog tho, it’ll be rb’ed to JunkionJuneNSFW.
Are there any other rules about content?
Anything sexually graphic will be reblogged to the NSFW blog as I stated. Anything you would expect to see in the comics will be allowed (and some of that stuff is…pretty violent ehrgieguseg) though intense stuff will be tagged. Swearing is allowed.
I’m not going to police most shipping content, however I will not be allowing anything depicting minors with adults or incest.
When is the deadline?
Anytime during June is free game. The event ends the last day of June. I will be accepting entries three weeks after that, until July 21st.
