Dota 2 average player count increased in six months after Diretide
Diretide is one of the most famous and loved Dota 2 event which comes back after seven years. It is a spooky festival for the Dota inhabitants where Roshan asks for sweets to feed on. However, for the players, this event is nothing less than Christmas.
Dropped Player Count
As Valve released the International Battle Pass 10 in April, the MOBA game is facing a significant decrease in the player count. Dota 2 is going through almost 90,000 average players each month. This player count is very low for a famous game like Dota. According to the official Steam Charts, the game has covered around 408,609 average players. Similarly, the game has witnessed a peak of 670,547 players in September only. This player count has been decreasing since April and finally, Diretide has done something.
Player Count with Diretide
The drop in player count continued with October as well. The final numbers for the average players in October came out as 406,361. However, as Valve released Diretide, things got different. The Dota 2 peak player count increased to 723,280 just after the release of the event. Similarly, 50,000 more players played Dota 2 as compared to the previous month.
Diretide
Valve released Diretide with astonishing gameplay and looks on the map. The organization revamps the 2012 and 13’s Diretide very carefully to provide the better version. However, the candy stealing shenanigans remain the same and players can still enjoy the same objectives. Similarly, the game provides a complete feel of a real Dota 2 match as all the heroes remain the same. The map contains two lanes with Roshan resting in the mid. The textured map looks amazing with Roshan roaming around, asking for candy.

The event also focuses on rewarding the players too much. Valve released tons of cosmetics with the release of the event to follow it. The developers managed to release dozens of amazing cosmetics right after the end of the Battle Pass. These cosmetics provide the sense and feel of the Halloween event. These rewards also contain multiple sets equal to some of the Immortals and Arcanas in the game.
End Date
Diretide event is scheduled to end on the 22nd of December 2020. As the players got plenty of time, the hype of the event will go away in a short time for sure. Right now, the event is very famous in the game and deliberately increases the player count in the game. As the event finishes, most of the Halloween effects in the game will disappear as well. It is amazing to witness Valve pushing the limits to regain the lost player count in Dota 2. With events like Diretide, Dota can regain the lost players as the game is becoming more toxic every day. Similarly, Valve is trying to remove cheating and smurfs in the game to provide a better game environment to the players.

Valorant 1.11 patch notes
Riot Games released the new patch 1.11 in the game, earlier this week. However, the company rolled back the update as the patch caused lots of troubles in the game. The organization named the new patch as ‘Technical Nightmare’. An official announcement by Riot said that the company will release the patch again once the developers find the bug and fix it.
#VALORANT's Patch 1.11 could include some big changes to Killjoy and Cypher, as Riot reveal their intention to shake up Sentinels.
Also, Breach could be in line for another buff

The update and the new Agent
As Riot rolled back the update due to some technical issues in it, the players who already made progress on them will remain in their accounts. However, Riot restricts the players to make any further progress into the new patch. The players would not be able to make any additional progress with the same agent until the re-release of the new Valorant act 3. As the new patch comes out again, the players can continue from where they left.
Another big news came out in the new patch of Valorant. A new agent Skye is introduced in the game with multiple other updates. Riot says that the new update mainly focused on releasing the new agent in the game. However, there are several agent buffs and nerfs as well. There are balance changes to Breach, Killjoy, and Cypher. A new map, Icebox is also available for the players to enjoy in the competitive scene of the game. Similarly, a new left-handed option is available in the game which will help the players to switch to any side they want.
Patch 1.11 Notes
The new patch in the game brings a lot of changes in the case of agents, bugs, and competitive modes. Here are some of the patch notes for the latest update in Valorant.

Agents Updates
With the release of the new patch, a new agent Skye joins the scene. The agent will also be available in the First Strike tournament after the release. Along with the new agent, Breach’s full flash time now goes from 1.75 to 2. Cypher’s Trapwire now reveals upon death. Similarly, there are several changes in Killjoy as well.
Competitive Updates
The new patch also includes some competitive updates in the game. Icebox now enters the competitive map rotation of the game. It will also be available in the official esports tournaments for use. The new patch also brings short queue times for matches for the highest-ranked players. The combat score is also fixed in the new patch of the game.
Bug Fixes
The new patch now fixes the one source of combat hitches that the players reported earlier. Jett cannot rope dash anymore. The patch also removes the issue of incoming invites remaining active in the Social Panel. Players can no longer see the spike location while reconnecting to the game. The patch also removed the collisions caused by players’ corpses.
With the new patch 1.11 coming out in Valorant, fans are happy with the game. A new agent comes out as Riot promised the fans earlier. Let’s see what the remodel of the update brings.

CSGO new update brings engine changes and translations
The new CSGO update came out as pretty large in size but brought minor changes to the game. The update contained most of the changes in the translations and the game engine. According to the professionals in the game, the new update in the game has changed 2000 lines of code. The Steam Library can easily catch a minor change in the code of the game and this is how the analysts know it. Similarly, the new update in the game also had three crash warnings for the users to run into, while playing the game.

Translation files Improved
Throughout the year, it has become the trend that the CSGO developers never do the translations in the game. However, the community members take this task very seriously and always jump in for the solutions. Over the years, the community members have looked into the game’s files to find a mistake in the UI, correct it, and then send it to Valve. The CSGO community takes pride in doing this work as they consider themselves involved in the game development. However, this new update was quite comprehensive and developers had a lot of work to do with the translations.
Valve has always released the translations for the game gradually through small patches. However, this new update brings a lot of translations together. Most of the translations are about the new items in the game. For example, there are translations for coins for the Mutiny and Swamp.
Letter Errors in the Updates
Both in the recent update and the previous demo one, developers updated the localization of the files going far back till 2015. The latest update has changed the capitalization of the word ‘Terrorists’. Similarly, the previous update capitalized the word Operation and made several other deletions.
Valve to Ponder
Translation errors and minor updates are very essential for the game. With Valorant and Fortnite catching up with CSGO, Valve is paying heavy attention to the game once again. Moreover, Valve is jumping itself in the translation updates as well. However, the community was always responsible for it. This time, developers took the charge to make several changes.
Fans Reaction to the Big Update
Fans are mostly not so happy with the huge update of CSGO. This is because the update does not bring anything new to the game but just changes in the files. These changes are not visible to a regular CSGO player and therefore, the update looks useless. Similarly, the fans who keep huge interest in the game and know what Valve is up to, are definitely happy with the update.
Valve is going to bring new features to the game very soon. As the esports scene is rising and competition is getting harder, Valve is pacing up as well. Multiple engine changes also come with the new update in the game. Fans can now enjoy the game in a further smooth environment. Sooner or later, we will witness more CSGO updates.

Team Liquid wins the first Dota 2 Major with the new roster
The new roster of Team Liquid lifted their first-ever trophy at ESL One Germany after an epic 3-1 victory over Natus Vincere. The new roster of the team is playing in the professional Dota 2 for quite a time. However, this is the first time when Aydin ‘iNSaNiA’ Sarkohi and his team marks a major victory in the pro circuit. This victory is not just considered a normal one as Team Liquid had to face the hardest teams to get to this point. Throughout the tournament, Team Liquid had to go through Team Secret, Vikin.gg, Team Nigma, Mudgolems, and Na’Vi to win the title.
Congratulations @TeamLiquid

Strongest Battles
Team Nigma and Secret became a little trouble for Team Liquid in the beginning. However, Insania had all the answers for the world-class teams after the first game of every series. The whole Team Liquid squad came out as the favorite in the matchups against the biggest teams. Throughout the tournament, Team Liquid only lost two series to get to this point. The team first lost 0-2 against Team Secret in the group stages. Similarly, Liquid had to face a 1-2 defeat in the first round of playoffs against Mudgolems.
Lower Bracket Run
Team Liquid dropped down to the lower bracket of the tournament as the team had to go through a defeat against Mudgolems. In the lower bracket run, Liquid only lost two games. Moreover, Liquid eliminated Team Nigma with a 2-1 victory and later on, swept Team Secret in a 2-0 epic series. Team Liquid also became the first team to eliminate Team Secret from a tournament after Vikin.gg did it in April from the ESL One Los Angeles.
Road to Championship
As Liquid took on Secret, their next meetup was Mudgolems. Team Liquid represented a very strong play against Mudgolems to sweep the series and reach the finals. Liquid started the grand finals with amazing energy. The team easily took the first two games of the series. However, Na’Vi bounced back in the third game of the series to take 1 as well. Despite that, Liquid gave no choices to Na’Vi in the fourth game and the astonishing plays by Samuel ‘Boxi’ Svahn, Max ‘qojqva’ Brocker, and Tommy ‘Taiga’ Le took Liquid back to the top. Liquid closed the fourth game and became the Champions at ESL One Germany 2020 Online.
Insania’s Reaction
Insania from Team Liquid said that the team has been playing with the fear of losing every time. However, this time, we did not think of losing and just focused on winning. This is the best thing the whole squad has done and it has made our games much easier than ever.

Epic Events to host a $500,000 Dota 2 Tournament
Dota 2’s competitive scene is going through some rough days as the biggest fish in the pound, The International, keeps on delaying due to the Coronavirus pandemic. While League of Legends fans are currently enjoying their biggest tournament, The Worlds. However, Dota 2 fans are still waiting for their turn. Multiple Esports organizations are keeping the scene active by arranging online tournaments. Epic Esports is working very hard for the last few months for the pro scene of Dota 2. Therefore, the organization is now bringing the EPIC League with a $500,000 prize pool.

Epic and Omega League
Epic Esports was also one of the organizers for the Omega League 2020. The tournament hit more than 400,000 peak viewers to make it the second most non-DPC tournament to do so. Epic Events have received huge applause from the whole community of Dota 2 as the organization arranged the best tournaments around.
The organization managed to provide the safest way of organizing the tournament. All the players entered the games from the homes while playing online. Similarly, the Ancient Rome theme of the tournament also attracted a lot of people towards it. With the past experiences to rock, the community is anxiously waiting for the Epic League to come as soon as possible.
EPIC League
The tournament has already sent a direct invitation to the top 8 seed teams. However, multiple other teams will also join the scene by qualifying for the event. The open qualifiers for the series will start on October 29. The winners of the open qualifiers will move to the closed series where they will battle against each other. The final winners of the closed qualifiers will eventually move to the main stage of the tournament.
The directly invited teams for EPIC League are Team Alliance, Team Secret, OG, Team Nigma, Virtus Pro, Vikin.gg, Team Liquid, and Natus Vincere.
Which Virtus Pro to join?
The tournament has still not disclosed which iteration of Virtus Pro will join the event. As the Virtus Pro Prodigy is also doing extremely well in the tournaments, there are chances that the event will send the invitation to this team. Another point to ponder is that the main squad of the team has been inactive in pro-Dota since last month.
VP’s Inactivity
Virtus Pro’s main roster is inactive for a while now. As a couple of roster shifts happened, the whole squad went out of the scene. A lot of professional analysts for Dota 2 suggest that Roman ‘RAMZES666’ Kushnarev would be coming back home to replace Igor ‘ilTW’ Filatov. However, ilTW will join a new squad. There are also rumors that Virtus Pro is getting ready to come back to the pro scene and make a powerful debut with the new roster.

With the Zombie Royale, Snipers Only, and many other modes still active, fans are expecting much more from the developers in the upcoming days.

Currently, we are just hoping that the developers will bring something new. Until then, we can enjoy the Trick or Treat Event in the game.
Activision’s Message
An earlier message from Activision says that multiple operators are preparing for the Haunting of Verdansk in their own ways. Some of them are working on the new skins, while others are focusing on new blueprints to add scary effects to the game.
The new cosmetics to hit the game are going to be available in the Call of Duty shop. As players can purchase these from the shop and use them in the game to add special effects.

These rewards may include Assault Rifle blueprints, The Cleaver, Holographic watch, different stickers, calling cards, sprays, and charms. However, the players should not think that these boxes come without any dangers. These boxes can contain brief scares, so players should open them at their own risks. Players will have to collect all 16 boxes in the game to unlock the grand prize of the event. Players can win the ”Pumpkin Punisher”, the Legendary Assault Rifle blueprint. This weapon is terrifying the Warzone and the lucky players to find all 16 boxes in the Verdansk, might get their hands on it.

Diretide finally returns to Dota 2 after seven years
Valve has finally replied to the fans’ requests and released the Diretide event for Dota 2 after seven years. The Diretide event is available worldwide and players from any region can play it. The limited-time game mode is one of the most famous Dota 2 events in history. The game mode last came out in 2013 and since then, fans are requesting Valve to release it again. The event holds a legendary position in the game. Diretide also comes with its own trailer that plays when the game is launched.
As most of us already know that Dota 2 is dropping player count for the last few months. Valve took the right step by bringing back the old event at this very moment to bring the veterans of the game back.
#Diretide is back!

How to play Diretide?
Diretide is a game mode in which players have to collect as many candies as they can. Every player deposits the candies in the team basket and at the end of the round, the team with more taffy in the basket wins. Similarly, the game moves exactly like the normal match of Dota 2. All heroes possess the same abilities and combos. Moreover, the players also need to feed Roshan as he can attack you if you don’t give him the candy count he wants. If Roshan doesn’t get enough candy, he curses your team which gradually deals with damage to the whole team.
The game brings a lot of new changes from the previous event. The gameplay and strategies remain the same. However, Valve has changed the reward winning criteria for this event and players can win a lot by playing Diretide.
Hallowed Chest Diretide
Valve introduced a Hallowed Chest in the event which can give you multiple rewards. However, as you purchase this chest, you need to purchase the key to open it as well. The chest includes around 40 sets and you can get any set you want. These sets are also tradeable as Valve provides you the trading option within the game. Therefore, you can purchase, sell, and trade-up items in the game now.
Diretide Points
A player can also earn the points by playing the Diretide event or the normal match. You can win around 75 in-game cosmetics by receiving these points. As you reach a high level of points, you can regain them to get the exclusive sets. The event is going to be live until the 22nd of December. Therefore, there is a lot of time to get your hands on these points and earn the sets.
As a player hits the 1000 points mark, he can get the Roshan’s many rewards. These rewards also include the Diretide chest in it.

Esports Integrity Commission bans 7 CSGO professionals for betting offenses
The Counter-Strike community got into another scandal as the Esports Integrity Commission banned 7 professional players for getting involved in betting offenses. The Commission already gave a ban to 37 coaches in the game for abusing the spectator game for months. A lot of professional players now receive a ban from the ESIC for another cheating scandal in the game.
Seven Australian #CSGO players, including several from two of Oceania's top 8 rosters, have been banned by @ESIC_Official for betting on @ESEA #MDL matches. All seven have been handed 12-month bans. @Dexerto https://t.co/pZXzLuUP5r

Seven Players to receive the Ban
The Esports Integrity Commission has released a report about seven professional players in the game to get a 12 months ban. The players receive this ban for involving in several betting offenses. The list of the players by the ESIC includes seven Australian MDL players. The majority of the players are from Team Rooster and Rooster 2. However, there are players from other teams as well. Two members of the list are from Team Lakers and Team Ground Zero Gaming.
The list of the seven players includes Stephen ‘stvn’ Anastasi from Team Lakers, Daryl ‘Mayker’ May from Team Ground Zero, Carlos ‘Rackem’ Jefferys from Team Rooster 2, Corey ‘netik’ Browne from Team Rooster, Akram ‘akram’ Smida from Team Rooster, Damian ‘JD’ Simonovic from Team Rooster 2, and Joshua ‘jhd’ Hough-devine from Team Rooster 2.
The report also says that some of these professionals had placed bets on the matches they were participating in.

Banned Tournaments
Along with a long year ban to the professionals, the ESIC slaps the seven players from prohibiting them to participate in multiple tournaments for CSGO. The players would not be able to enter any tournament that has a back of the ESIC. Similarly, these professionals are also not allowed to compete in DreamHack, ESL, BLAST, WePlay!, LVP, NODWIN Gaming, and Eden Esports.
Law Enforcement
The ESIC also forwards this matter to law enforcement as the organization thinks that the players might have crossed the criminal codes in certain points across Australia. The ESIC also says that the investigations of the players are quite complex. As law enforcement enters the case, the commission is looking at the case more thoroughly. The organization will release the investigation reports as soon as the matter finishes. They are just waiting for the law enforcement stakeholders to look at the matter closely and pass a final verdict.
ESIC’s Advice and Fans reaction
The ESIC advises each professional player in the game to refrain from entering into any kind of betting scene. The organization asks the players to respect the integrity of esports and behave accordingly.
Similarly, fans are happy with the decision of the commission. As these rules are solid for any professional, the commission took the case in the right way. CSGO is going through a lot of controversies these days. The ESIC has tightened the rules for the game and given bans to different professionals. At first, the commission gave bans to 37 coaches and now these 7 professionals got a one-year penalty. With this much drama going on in the professional CSGO scene, who knows what to expect next.

As the playoffs at the ESL One Germany 2020 kicks in, a lot of action came out. Team Secret and Natus Vincere, each won their first match up to advance to the next round in the upper bracket. The teams will now face other winners of the first round on Friday at the ESL One Germany tournament.

Team Secret came back into the series from a game drop against Team Nigma. Nigma secured the first game at the 46-minute mark, where Amer ‘Miracle-’ Al-Barqawi came out the strongest with his Faceless Void. However, Team Secret had other plans for the next two games.
Team Secret did not hesitate to take game 2 and game 3 from Nigma. The team finished the last two games in 33 and 41 minutes. As Secret wins the last two games, the team seals the series as 2-1.
Team Secret’s Carry from Finland, Lasse Aukusti ‘MATUMBAMAN’ Urpalainen led his team towards the epic victory with an 8.3- 4.3-13.0 kill-death-assist ratio.

The winners came to the playoffs, while the losers had to leave the series. Just like any other tournament, ESL One Germany will have best-of-three matches at the playoffs, and the grand final will have a best-of-five matchup. We are just one week away from finding out the champions at the ESL One Germany 2020 Online. Only 8 teams are remaining for the action at the series. Two more teams will leave today from the lower bracket action as Team Nigma faces Team Liquid and OG goes on to take Alliance.

Valve is ready to deal with the toxicity with an ‘Overwatch’ system in Dota 2
Valve finally listens to the Dota 2 fans and tries to crack down the smurfs, account boosters, and the toxicity in the game. The organization is ready to follow the implementation of the system like that of Overwatch. The system is not going to follow Blizzard’s shooter strategy. However, it is going to be like CS: GO’s old system. Valve will now hand over the control to the experienced and qualified players of the community to look over the reports of player toxicity.
Valve Cracking Down on Toxic #Dota2 Players https://t.co/a1wrG8J48z #Valve has confirmed that they'll be implementing the Overwatch system from @CSGO into Dota 2. Are you glad @valvesoftware is doing something with Dota 2's trolls? Let us know! #Steam @Steam pic.twitter.com/cvxNG3EKNw
— COGconnected (@COGconnected) October 20, 2020
https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js
The New System
Overwatch first took out this mechanism of handling cheating or toxicity in the game, in 2013. Currently, Overwatch gives CSGO’s experienced players a chance to upload the clips where they think a chance of cheating exists. Valve also hires some ‘Investigators’ in that matter. Instead of Valve to respond to any clip by the pros, the investigators will look into them to act upon. The whole system works on an anonymous base where no one can find out the actual report viewer or punishment provider. Valve hopes that this way, at least the in-game behavior of the players will definitely change and there will be less scrutinizing.
CSGO’s Overwatch
CSGO’s Overwatch system is more focused on catching in-game cheating, rather than the toxicity. The system provides penalties according to the player’s conduct. Players with a griefing attitude receive a minor hit. However, the system removes the cheaters from the game for eternity.
As Valve is going to follow the same procedure in Dota 2, this system might just get into the game. However, Valve has not yet released any news about how the organization would start installing the system.

Valve’s Response
In an official post related to this scenario, Valve says that we are working on an Overwatch Style System to minimize the toxicity and bad behaviors of the players in-game. The latest update in Dota 2 will bring the feature in-game. However, we are not yet ready to share any more information about this matter.
Valve also says that the organization has improved its system to catch the smurfs in the game. The organization says that from now on, smurfs accounts will only be able to find matches against other smurfs. That means that matchmaking will separate the smurfs at first hand. Valve says that the company is working on providing the accurate MMR rank to the players with new accounts. There are a lot of things still to be done. However, we are halfway there.
Valve also talks about the account boosters in the post. The officials say that Valve provides a permanent ban to more than 14,000 Dota 2 accounts in just 30 days. This trend is going to move forward in the game and if Valve catches any account booster in the game, he receives a permanent ban to his ID.
With Valve listening to fans and bringing up some solutions to remove the toxicity from Dota 2, the community is extremely happy.

Fortnite PC game’s size shrinks to 30 GB from the previous 90 GB
Epic Games releases a new update that reduces the massive game-size of Fortnite for PC users. The update 14.40 brings a lot of changes for PC gamers. The new version of the game is now under 30 GB, which previously was around 90 GB. All thanks to Epic Games and the developers of the game, the optimization really works in the new update. The development team shares this huge news for PC gamers through a Tweet on 21st October about the new update 14.40. In this new era of esports, big games consume a lot of storage on the device. For example, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare holds around 240GB space on the PC. With Epic Games reducing the size of the game to just 30 GB, Fortnite’s fans are really happy.
27 GB Update
Fortnite tweets about the massive update in the game to go live on the 21st of October. The update is 27 GB of size and will focus on the optimization of the game mostly. The update is larger than any former update in the game and the developers say that there is a reason for that. The developers of the game say that the previous 90 GB is going to flush out and the new version of the game will only take 27 GB of space on your PC. It is great news for PC gamers.
Boo.

The new Changes
The new update does not only focus on reducing the size of the game. However, it brings a lot of new things for the fans as well. The update focuses on removing multiple bugs from the previous patch. The new update also lets you create portals in the Creative mode of the game. This means you can make custom games during the matchmaking. Along with this, a birthday cake for the 3rd birthday of Fortnite is going to be there in the Indoor Residential Prop Gallery. Similarly, a lot of weapon fixes, bug removal, and gameplay changes come in the new update.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare also receives multiple updates since its release. The game now crosses the 270 GB space-mark for PC gamers. The developers recently released the Halloween update for the game which holds another 20 GB. However, the game allows the players to uninstall any unwanted mode of the game to cover the extra space. Players can remove Multiplayer mode, Campaign, and Special Ops from the game to save around 130 GB of space.

Meanwhile, Fortnite focuses on reducing the game size as much as possible. The new update with very few space consumption is going to save a lot of troubles for PC gamers. The players with low space PC’s can also enjoy the game from now on. The new update 14.40 is live and players can download and install it. Epic Games is facing a lot of praise from the fans for this new update as it brings a lot of new things to the game.

Overwatch 2 release date is likely to be going during Blizzcon
A lot of Overwatch leakers say that the second version of the game, Overwatch 2 is very likely to be released early in the next year. A tweet by a famous Overwatch streamer, Metro, says that the sequel of the game is most likely to come out in February of next year. The tweet also mentions that the second part of the game will come out, coinciding with Blizzcon 2021.
Metro with his former predictions
Metro also had a former prediction about the reveal of Overwatch 2 before Blizzcon 2019. The prediction also had an idea of a new hero coming to the game, Ashe. This time, the professional also makes a prediction about the upcoming sequel of the game. According to Metro, the next season of the Overwatch League has a chance to get delayed until next April. He makes this prediction as he thinks that this will give a chance to the developers to ensure the season to come out before or after the new game. Similarly, the professional says that BlizzCon 2021 can offer a surprise drop to the fans with a beta or a full version of the sequel of the game.
Overwatch 2 release news!
Tumblr media
Rumors of the next OWL season being delayed until April to make sure they can launch with OW2 suggest that the expected beta or even full release of the game around Blizzcon in February 2021 is very likely!
— Metro (@Metro_OW) October 18, 2020
https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js
Some other Hints
Other than the prediction accuracy by Metro, there are other signs that hint at the release of the game in the upcoming year. In January of this year, PlayStation Brazil drops a tweet that 2020 is going to be the year when Overwatch 2 comes to PlayStation4. However, the company removes the tweet from the website. This happened before the Coronavirus pandemic, due to which Blizzard had to delay their annual press conference that takes place in November usually. The BlizzCon 2020 also got to an online-based tournament. The next BlizzCon 2021 is now going to take place in February next year.
The Press Conference
A lot of fans had their predictions about the annual press conference by Blizzard. We can easily assume that the organization had plans to reveal the second part of the game. Fans also came up with multiple predictions about the delaying of the event and the sequel of the game. It is highly possible that due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the developers didn’t get enough chance to work at full pace and the development got slow. Similarly, it looks like the development team of the game is taking full advantage of the few extra months it got from the pandemic to ensure the best release in the game. One way or another, Overwatch fans should keep their eyes open to any news coming out in the upcoming months.

With a lot of professionals making predictions about the release of the second part of Overwatch and the incident in January, we can expect a sequel of the game coming out very soon. If you are an Overwatch fan, keep your eyes on any kind of official news by the developers. It is highly expected that the organization will announce the sequel with BlizzCon 2021.

Wild Rift to add six new Champions in League of Legends
League of Legends: Wild Rift adds a huge variety of Champions into the game before the open beta testing. The testing schedules for the end of this month. Fans were already waiting for this new addition to the game. The recent Champions include Draven, Evelynn, Darius, Kai’Sa, Akali, and the next League of Legends Champion Seraphine.
All of these Champions will enter the game and fans will be able to use them for a limited time. Fans won’t be able to use these Champions until the game’s next stage of beta.
Six more days to Open Beta. Six more champions join the fray. Try Darius, Draven, Kai'Sa, Evelynn, Akali, and Seraphine for free—available for testing for a limited time starting 10/22 PT. #GetRiftReady pic.twitter.com/tK7UP62plV

Modified Skills in the Mobile Version
Champions in the Wild Rift possess similar abilities as their League of Legends’ skills. However, there are few amendments that the company took out, in order to suit the mobile platform. For example, earlier this week, a new Champion came to the Wild Rift. Players saw the addition of Lee Sin in the Wild Rift’s pool. However, they quickly noticed that the Champion’s Ward Jumping ability is not in the Wild Rift. League makes these ability amendments very carefully to suit the mobile version of the game.
As these new six Champions enter the Wild Rift, the complete Champion pool for the game now reaches 49. This kind of pool for a closed beta phase of the game is highly impressive.
Open Beta Version
At the end of this month, Wild Rift enters the open beta version. However, the new version will only be accessible to the players in regions that had access to the closed beta version. Riot is currently planning to roll out Wild Rift in further divisions in the upcoming days. By the end of this year, the game will be available in different regions of the world. Currently, Riot focuses on moving Wild Rift to Europe, Oceania, Taiwan, and Vietnam. The company shares its plans to do so by December.
U.S. Players
As Riot is going to make the game move internationally by the end of this year, the organization does not have good news for the US players at the moment. The organization says that the US players will have to wait until 2021 to get their hands on Wild Rift. To have a look at the gameplay on iOS, players can actually tune in the Verizon’s Wild Rift Invitational. This invitational comes on the Twitch Rivals channel or on Twitter on October 22.

League of Legends is doing a pretty well job of uplifting the scene for Wild Rift. With the release of six new Champions in the scene, Wild Rift is definitely going to do wonders. The game is still in a closed beta version, but as it hits the open beta, the community is not going to waste a single second. The US fans of the game are not happy as they are going to miss a lot of fun. Riot plans to move the game on worldwide servers and it will be available everywhere around next year.

CSGO will have Open Beta for Source 2 according to the leaks
It seems like a lot of new updates are going to come for CSGO in the near future as a lot of leaks talk about the matter. These leaks claim that the competitive shooter is going to witness three new game modes for the players and multiple other changes in Source 2. However, this is not authentic news but only based on the leaks.
The Three Mode
A lot of rumors are coming out for the three new expected modes in the game. As the Portuguese CSGO professional Nuno ‘BhT-’ Silva tweets about the matter as well. According to his post, the three new game modes are going to be Heist, Retake, and 1v1/2v2. Heist mode is similar to the very famous video game, Payday.
— Nuno Silva (@BhTcsgo) October 20, 2020
https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js
Along with these three new game modes, CSGO might also witness three new maps remake. These remakes may include Mirage, Office, and Tuscan. Tuscan is in the news for about several months now. The leak about its remake came out earlier.
Moreover, the leak also talks about the Danger Zone to get several edits.
Source 2 Port
Several other rumors are coming about Source 2, as they say, that Source 2 is almost done. This leads us to the point to expect a huge Source 2 update in a few months. There are a lot of chances that the new updates will come soon in the scene.
Another important leak about the game says that CSGO will now get annual operations from now on. This means that fans can now enjoy a new operation every year. The last operation in CSGO came out in November 2019. This means that 2020 is the best time to release another mission and make it a habit. Therefore, fans can expect a new operation next month.
Valve’s Response
As the rumors catch fire, Valve does not bother to give any kind of response to any of them. Fans are currently posting queries about these leaks, all over social media. However, Valve is not giving any reply at the moment. If these rumors are true, then Source 2 is definitely going to come back from the dead state.
A lot of rumors about massive updates in the game have put the fans in thinking. Most of them are considering the leaks as true and actually waiting for the updates to come out next month. However, the official developers do not speak anything about it. If Source 2 is actually going to receive an update in the upcoming months, CSGO will definitely bring back the players and audience count it lost in the few months. The three modes in the leaks look super amazing and the CSGO scene will revive again. The changes in maps are also going to be a big part of the update. Most fans are waiting for Valve to give an insight into the authenticity of the leaks and rumors. However, Valve still has no answers for the fans.
