Hi! I stumbled across you a little while ago and your art was absolutely phenomenal, so I kind of scrolled through your entire blog-

and Oh. My. God.

Your progress with your art style is absolutely astounding, not to mention that fic you wrote- I binged the entire thing today and your writing is incredible. It’s definitely one of my comfort fics now. Your writing style just flows so well, and you portray them both so amazingly. It all feels cohesive and smooth and I’ve been screaming internally all day because of it! Anyway- I just wanted to let you know that your work is amazing, and I aspire to reach your level of creativity and mastery one day. Thank you for bringing such fantastic art and writing into the world!

It's too cold for either of them to sleep on the floor, unless they lay down in full armor. Keith, of course, claims he's fine with that.

"You've gotta be kidding," Lance says, completely offended, throwing back the bedding. "Am I so repulsive that you can't just get in the goddamn bed with me for one night?"

"No, that's not—" Keith tries. "I just didn't think you'd… I thought—"

"Well you know what I think, Keith?" Lance is tired, and embarrassed, and cold, and all he wants is to be in the stupid bed with his stupid comrade. He grabs Keith's gauntlets and starts pulling them off. "I think you should quit thinking, get this shit off asap, and then get in the bed."

Keith sighs, and bats Lance's hands away to take the rest of his armor off himself. He leaves his flightsuit on, just as Lance did, and finally climbs into the bed with Lance. There's plenty of room, and the blankets are thick. The natives have given them extra, to accommodate their race's temperature preferences, but it's still cold.

Lance tries to settle, but it's difficult, and Keith isn't doing much better. He knows the blankets will eventually warm, and they with them, but it's taking so long. He can't help it when he shivers.

Keith scoots closer, trying to share a little more body heat, and Lance reaches for him with no hesitation. Keith immediately comes closer, and before Lance has time to be ashamed of himself or defend why he's so eager, they're full-on cuddling. Lance is pressing his face into Keith's shoulder, with his arm around Keith and Keith's leg around his, and, holy shit. Keith is so warm, and solid, and real, right here against Lance's chest.

"Shut up," Keith says, preemptively.

Lance makes an affronted noise. "I didn't say anything!"

"You were thinking," he accuses. "You were the one who said to stop thinking."

"Maybe I was thinking nice things."

"You? About this?"

"Maybe!"

"Like what?"

"Like…" Lance blushes, but he's been challenged and he won't back down now. "You're warm."

"Obviously."

"And…"

"And…?"

"And… you… don't smell bad."

Keith huffs out something between a scoff and a laugh. "You call that nice?"

Lance buries his face deeper in the juncture of Keith's neck and shoulder. "Shut up! You— You… Your mullet is soft!" He brings the hand he has wrapped around Keith up to card through the back of his hair, as if to prove his point.

But Keith still seems unimpressed. "Uh-huh."

"Your… uh…. you—"

"Don't hurt your brain, Lance." His voice is low, saturated with mirth, and his arm tightens around Lance's waist.

It makes Lance's heart beat faster. The feeling of their legs intertwined, Keith's breath near his ear, the way warmth spreads through his chest and around his back everywhere that Keith touches… it feels good. But he can't say any of that, he can't—

"Just stop thinking," Keith says again.

"I can't," Lance argues. "Or else I'll do something stupid."

"Can't be stupider than anything else you've done tonight."

"I hate you."

Keith snuggles closer to him. Lance breathes him in.

"Stop thinking."

He presses his cheek to Keith's neck. "Keith—"

Stop thinking.

Keith turns his head slightly, and Lance is hyperaware of Keith's lips grazing the hair at his temple.

Stop thinking.

Keith's lips. God, Keith's lips, Keith's hands, Keith's body. They're pressed flush together. Their cheeks brush, and Keith's skin is so soft. Lance is trembling.

Stop thinking.

Fine. Fuck it.

Lance kisses him. He doesn't even seem surprised, the bastard. Just kisses Lance back like this is something totally normal, like he's known all along that Lance wanted this and it's not completely unbelievable that it's actually happening.

And it's warm. It's so warm. Keith's mouth is hot as it opens against Lance's, his tongue wet and inquisitive and shameless as it touches his own. Lance licks back, tasting him, shuddering at the feeling of being so close, the heady desire to be closer still. The sound of their lips sliding together is loud in the dark. Lance is going crazy. He's making out with Keith. They're alone together in a bed, making out, and everyone here thinks they're mates.

"You're thinking again," Keith murmurs against his lips.

"Then make me stop," Lance says.

i do still write fic, and i have many many ideas and WIPs! it's been difficult for me to sit down and finish any of them lately because i just haven't had time in the big chunks i need in order to do it.

would you (or anyone else) like a sneak peak of something new?

When is your novel coming out?

hello! thanks for asking about it ♥ it probably won't be for quite a while yet. writing is a slow process for me, but i'm looking forward to having more time to work on it in the near future, so progress may go a little faster!
