Spring is my friend because I got rid of my allergies 🎉🤍

That was 2 years in the making of a manifestation that uncovered very DEEP wounds that made my body feel physically UNSAFE to be outside during one of the best times of the year.

How I manifested this:

- affirming daily that the pollen was my friend & helping things blossom so therefore helping me grow too

- spending time outdoors and embracing the environment (at the beginning of this practice I would break out in soooo many hives & have the worst symptoms but I gradually kept increasing my time outside & welcoming the pollen so my body was like o she not gonna stop okay 👏🏼)

- doing deep shadow work on the parts of myself that felt scared and kept uncovering the deeper meanings behind it all (asking myself what’s the real reason I’m scared of the pollen? What’s the real reason why I’m afraid of these allergic reactions? What’s the real reason my body feels unsafe?)

- consistency & self acceptance of the process (not every day was good, some WEEKS would go by where I would NEVER go outside because those allergies were Awful. But I kept coming back because living in fear is not how I want to experience this life)

I continued to do this everyday, month after month. And now TWO years later — I can spend a whole day / night / week outside and the most that would happen is that I sneeze a lot.

Compared to my previous allergy symptoms (hives, respiratory issues to the point where I literally could not breathe & had to use a machine to help me breathe, itchy eyes & eye infections)

I’d say that’s a fucking success..

Two years may "seem" like a long time but keep in mind -- I was experiencing these kind of awful allergic reactions from the age of 3. That's over 18 YEARS of programming in my mind, body and SOUL convinced that I was allergic to pollen.

I have a very spiritual approach to all of my manifestations because I started my journey on spirituality to help myself through a very dark point in my life.

So I use my spirituality through absolutely everything to guide me through all my experiences and expansion.
