Honestly, your words fill this Watcher's heart with joy :) It's an absolute pleasure to hear that you are enjoying Version 7. Trying to craft different avenues of gaming options/experiences for players with this save is the very essence of why I still continue to update it... despite the work!

Currently, I'm diligently working on Version 8, and I anticipate that we won't encounter the same delay as we did with Version 7!

Hello Dizzy Isy fans! I'm absolutely thrilled to announce the long-awaited release of Version 7!

I'm so sorry for the delay; unfortunately, my time to work on Dizzy Isy is very limited due to various challenging circumstances.

The save file is now updated for the Horse Ranch pack and Chestnut Ridge. I sadly don't have the latest EP yet, so that will just have to wait. Nevertheless, I hope you find joy in this new version of the save!

Selvadorada and Strangerville adventure/mystery unplayed.

Conservation efforts not completed in Sulani.

Evergreen Harbor has many community project opportunities.

Neighbourhood Stories disactivated.

It is a busy save file with many lots filled to stop random spawning of townies but the empty lots will soon quickly fill up with townie families if you don’t use them. The townies are clearly marked in the unplayed tab with the #townies so you know who is meant to have a lot and who isn’t.

Hi babe, I know everyone is waiting and I just can't seem to get there. I see there is yet another pack out soon yikes!! I'm so behind. I have maybe 5 hours a month for sims these days it's terrible!!

Here are some of the lots I have managed to renovate so far in Chestnut Ridge: The Oak Barrel, The Rusty Horseshoe and Cozy Corner house which will remain a stater withlots more details than the original.

I have just completed a completly new lot for the town which will be a rustic café called the "Wild Chestnut Café" and I really enjoyed putting in my usual extras like custom photos of Chestnut Ridge and custom books etc to read while you sip your tea. Three of them (not the starter house) are all up on the gallery so you can download them if you want to have a sneak peek at the theme and ideas. I'll move onto the nectar making sector soon.

Hi, I'm so sorry for the late reply. I don't really check my tumblr much these days.

So, I bought the latest EP (the horse one) but no kits etc. I've renovated two lots but not had much time for anything else. I do expect it will be updated...just not soon. I realise how crappy this sounds to people waiting, but I just don't have any spare time for Sims anymore. For good reasons though!

Thanks for always being so kind about the save and for your support on it. I hope to release version 7 as soon as it is complete.

I love your save file sm and have been playing it it for quite a while now, so much to discover - I know people have said it before but discovering the little links and Easter eggs is truly such a joy! I downloaded your save at the same time I downloaded a few big gameplay mods, and it honestly felt like a fresh new game.

I love seeing how story progression affects the stories that are already hinted at in the bios! or how it goes off on its own route completely, making the strangest and most dramatic connections 😂

I’m currently playing the Huntingtons in the Magnolia apts and it’s so interesting to see how they’re a nod to the original roommates of Zoe Patel and J Huntington III, but look slightly different and have new family relationships!

Thanks so much for this message and thank you for waiting so patiently. So good news guys, I have finally completed the building side of San Sequoia and here is how it looks below.

You can actually find some of my creations on the gallery already. Well, I think you can. The gallery is so messed up right now!

Now, I just need to fit in the characters, build up their relationships and club dynamics and take family photos.

I have decided to place the blame of the gentrification of San Sequoia on...Cassandra Goth. Haha! I've always loved her.

So, in Dizzy Isy, she will be all grown-up with a family of her own. She is an ex-member of SanMyshuno's glitterati, who decided to leave the city for peaceful San S when she had her twins. Cassandra immediately saw an opportunity to reinvigorate the town and therefore bought the most prestigious lot & built a home that would not only offer style, modernity and comfort, but also incorporate period features and fine antiques. Just like she remembers her childhood home. Slowly, the town is becoming more glossy and refined because of the Goth money and influence. As we know, it is not to everyone's taste.

So...to answer your question about the timeline: When can I finally get this out to you guys? I hope this month? I only have 3 hours on a Wednesday to sim. How sad is that? Building is not my forte, and I get lost in the details pretty quickly, so that took forever.

I'm hoping this part will be a bit quicker. I want you to all have it for the summer.

Thanks to everyone who supports the save and sends me kind words about it. It really encourages me to keep going when some days I think, wait maybe I should just catch up with laundry instead.

Dizzy Isy Update

Hi guys,

I swear I am not dragging out the release of the next version of my Dizzy Isy Save File...it’s just I have no time for it. I really do try. I have created some new creations since my last update on here about version 6.

Here are (in order) a renovation of 13 Acacia Avenue. This will be the house for the Browne family.

“This house has 3 adult bedrooms, a teen room and finally, a room for a cute little infant. The master suite has its own bathroom and walk-in-closet. There is sizeable terrace with a bbq and bar area for summer dining.The verdant garden is treehouse ready and equiped with activities for the little one.”

Captain Crankbait's Cabin

“A stone's throw away from the marina sits Captain Crankbait's cabin. Built from local timber & furnished with love, there’s a treasure trove of intriguing bits & bobs. It may not blend in with the new SanSequoia but Casper adores his little piece of paradise. It's tranquil, boasts its own fishing pond & twinkles at night. He knows of plans to knock it down, but it will have to be over his dead body!”

Cap'n Crankbait & Salty

“Old Captain Casper has shunned conventional life for a while now. He has deep roots in SanSequoia but he is horrified by the gentrification of the area. Luxurious rentals have replaced single family homes and his tumbledown log cabin stands out from the trendy cafés & businesses. Many want to knock his cabin down but he thinks it reflects the true unshakable San Sequoian ethic. One that is slowly being eradicated.”

Celebration Way Shops

“This charming strip is the newest hangout in SanSequoia. Pop into the flowershop to spoil that special sim in your life or enjoy a cupcake & sip of coffee from the cafe while watching the world pass by from the terrace. Or if you prefer the scent of books, find yourself in a comfortable chair in the bookshop & get lost in the written word. When these three mix, there's no way of having a bad day.”
