WIP that's actually not a WIP because I already knew I couldn't spend enough time to finish it.

Anyway, I've only watched the anime because of that one scene in episode 1 where it zooms on Marcille's expression with a blank (peak comedy). And now I'm fascinated by Ryoko Kui's lore and body diversity. (I'd draw more to train this skill if I could.)

This season of anime was full of masterpieces (can't wait to draw Frieren after my midterms, also some old 3DS and Wii U stuff)

Wanted to do a piece with the BB elite 4 once Kieran (and by extension, Carmine) comes back after the epilogue. I think they were nice about it, even if Drayton still rubs salt into the wound. Also the occasion to draw them all because I fear I won't do it again...

Trying to apply for a Focallette zine and realizing I really don't have what to make a good portfolio. I thought I posted enough this year but most posts weren't illustrations and my style changed too much to take artworks from 2 years ago.

I'm no pro and it shows so much :')

Since you ask I will go on (I'll try to make it brief).

No Area Zero when there is still mysteries, but the light tone is so nice to make them meet.

My biggest complain is that Carmine only met everyone once off screen (she's hilarious let her, BTW woule have read the few days off screen in it's integrality).

Glad to see I was wrong about my guesses, expect that Nemona would be a great rival for Kieran (also he became cute again my heart).

Seeing the zero crew act as a friendship group, with the snarky remarks, and Arven being the dad of the group, felt so real.

ALSO, for someone which fav character in the franchise is Arven (love him too much), seeing him get jealous (but warming up to Kieran in the end) was delicious. I get that it was already the case in the original friend group, and it's mostly his fear of abandoment talking but aaa dw love you.

GAMEFREAK I DIDN'T PAY THE DLC TO NOT SEE THE CRATER CREW. Like they did a teasing for the DLC using "the treasure was friendship thing" SO PLEASE USE IT.

And if by miracle they do, I hope they can meet the siblings. I kinda regret not drawing Kieran in his previous appearance, but the current one would be Nemona's perfect training partner. And considering how bitchy Carmine was meeting us and how sassy Penny was meeting Arven, they'd understand each other I think. Dunno how to put Arven in this dynamic, socializing isn't his forte (love him still).

I JUST FINISHED THE DLC THAT THE EPILOGUE IS ALREADY OUT ?!?!? AAAAAAAAH I DONT CARE I HAVE FINALS NEXT WEEK I'M SO EMOTIONFULL !!!!

Kieran's character developement was delicious, kicking his ass with ogerpon was nice, but seeing warm up again, throw a masterball AND THE SUNRISE SCENE OMG. Also Carmine doesn't get enough recognition, her character devellopement was more subtle but oh so good too !

Couldn't do the art the last years because I did not post enough, so I'm very happy to see it's not the case this year again! I succeded in my resolution for 2023 !!

You can see when I had my exams because its always a low-quality post followed by a time-consuming one. (and it's the same this month since I have my exams in two weeks ARG). Also, why is my art so green ?! I hate this color?

Pokemon (and Arven) is still heavily in my mind and I really wanted to draw him with a ponytail, so I did this sketch but I'm too lazy rn to finish it and I haven't made proper rendering brushes yet so it will wait a bit (and I want to draw other things).

Today being Sucrose's birthday made me realize I never drew her a proper fanart. A shame for my favorite genshin female character (until Furina at least). Hope I did her justice. Also, I like to think Albedo proposed to do her a portrait today (I miss Alberose stuff so much, HYV when do we get Sucrose content ?)

Oh and the composition is heavily inspired by emilyydianart's artworks on Instagram.

It's crazy how Furina came out at the perfect time for me.

It's been 2 monthes since my social insecurities have skyrocketed, fearing I'll lose every friend I have. That I've been eating mostly Buldac noodles. That I'm isolating myself and letting my place rot because I'm sad.

During 4.0 and 4.1, it was obvious she had her insecurities, but I looked up to her because she always showed her bright side. Told myself she was incredible for that and I should do the same.

And then 4.2 came out and it's been soul crushing. Furina went from a model to a lost person that I can relate with a bit too well. But seeing her healing in game and in fanart heals me a little too.

Obviously she has a real trauma and is way better than me because, well, she's fictional, and I must be projecting. But I feel like saying theses thoughts, if not to someone irl, to the void that is the internet at least.
