Here's a tour of my most recent build, The Northridge. The build has 2 beds upstairs, two and a half baths, a greenhouse, and an elevated pool & barbecue area. It uses base game items only. The Olympe - No CC
Okay I'm Back with another build, it has 2 beds, 1 bath, a pool, a garden area, and a basement. This one will run you about §60,644 simoleons furnished and §18,159 simoleons unfurnished. It only uses one item from Backyard Stuff, decorative the glass jar of lemons, but it's not necessary for the build to function. The artwork was done by #lillypad2704 & #mnewi1103, and they both can be found on the gallery with those hashtags. Hope you like it!

Here's another starter home I built using only base game items. It's simple and not overly furnished and should be affordable enough for your sims that are just starting out. The house has two furnished bedrooms and a spare room that can be converted into a 3rd. There are two full baths, and a nice sized living area. Hope you enjoy!
