Im on a school trip and they said the activities and food would be covered. Come to the ice cream place and it is infact not included. If the Mexican food is also not included and I have to starve for the day I might cry. It feels like their trying to fuel my ed :_)

simply breaking my habit of eating when I'm bored or as soon as I get home from school is so frustrating. I'm tired of making sure not to eat anything all day then fucking it up when I get home
I was naïve and thought simply not eating would be easy, but boy was I in for a rude awakening ;-; its honestly gross how much of my life I have spent thinking about eating. I am trying to convince myself that today I will go without eating at all but I'm just gonna fuck it up and binge at night
I might not even make it till fucking dinner!!

Only 165 calories for the whole thing!
1 cup of water- 0
1.5 cups of vegetable stock- 15
1 small can of sliced carrots- 35
1.5 cups of fresh baby spinach- 10
.5 servings of egg noodles- 105
Obviously calories vary by brand and you could use fresh carrots or add other ingredients if you’d like this is just how I made mine
