Occupation: Guardian of the skies, making sure the sky isn't permanently damaged
Strengths: With strong talons and jaws, she is capable of breaking bones. And a staff holding a balance stone of unknown origin. Much like a chaos emerald, it nearly has the same abilities except a power full form. Currently only 3 exist.
Weakness: Only the weapons of any demi god could kill her, but if she is fatally injured without the help of a demi weapon. She will recover slowly while in agony. When enchanting, she will be vulnerable for 6 hours while her powers are being recovered.
Abilities: She is capable of exchanting objects, but it will only be used 1 time before becoming an ordinary object. With the help of the balance stone, She can make enchanted items last longer until the 10th use.

Personality: quiet and outgoing, Usually enjoys company from other personal. Usually docile and enjoys dark humor, but always asks if personal are alright with cursing or wants to hear the crude joke
Anomalous Abilities: With shapeshifting abilities She is capable of takin form into creatures from Extincted, or present organism animals. But there are weaknesses, if she was to transform into a Raptor she would only have an ounce of the physical abilities from bite strength, speed, and jump distance, but only if she makes contact with fossil bones. If she transforms without the help of bones, she will have the same weaknesses as a human.When she does transform she can easily be identified by her blue pigmentation
Backstory: the foundation was alerted by her presence in a small community. Being told of her abilities in public where she transformed into a compy to escape with a donut, The next day she was restrained in the morning at the bus stop. She soon requested to communicate with personal to feel at ease or at home.
Special Containment Procedures: her cell must be 16脳20, providing bookshelves for entertainment, and any requested item must go through testing before approved. The walls are to be reinforced with concrete on the second layer.
recontainment procedures: if needed to walk outside of the cell a collar is to be assigned around her neck to prevent sudden anomalous shapeshifts. 2 guards and a scientists are to accompany her to testing chambers or anywhere else around the facility when transporting. If a containment breach is attempted, a trusted personal must arrive to calm her down and return her to her cell

Teddy Gun: pray that you never piss off the tamer, This gun is every mercenaries nightmare. Rapid fire and hard to get off, if a mercenary were to try to remove it. Itll attack to the next poor soul close by
Taunt 1: with either a horse or Zebra, She will prance around with your corpse behind her
Taunt 2: with a large jaguar, She will happily feed the oversized cat with the corpse of her enemies. First the arm then legs
Taunt 3: with many kiwi families behind her, she will make a small hut with your body parts for the family

Pollen: a small, young hivewing. She has no venom, or stingers. She specializes in collecting honey and sometimes animal pelts or bug body partys to make items for sell, sometimes doing dances to communicate with the bees for their honey and givin pollen in return
Pipevine: a happy silkwing, she has always dreamed of being a silk artist and was given the chance. Having watched and trained, she had became a professional silk artist. Selling her tapestries to nearby hives, some of her art are even around middle class hivewings
Mososarurus: with a strong body and stubborn attitude, Mosa patrols the deep and its said she drags unlucky dragons to their deaths below, Promoted to royal guard for her brutal tactics and fierce attacks at her enemies. Although she has her soft spots..kinda
Utahraptor: once part of Talons of power, she left the life of a cult to become a assassin or bounty hunter. She takes great interests to birds of all species, sometimes stealing exotic birds from the rainwings simply to take their feathers
