It’s kinda funny that Moon Steve and Galaxy Steve, the only two Steves who have astronomy-related names, aren’t even related.

Illusion Steve: Who is it?
Time Steve: It's us, we just wanna talk.
Illusion Steve: How many of you are there?
Time Steve: 3
Illusion Steve: Then talk to each other.

I wonder what was going on in Rainbow's head through his summoning to the time he first became Sabre's friend
"Hmm...there is this guy who doesn't look like a Steve. He sounds so enthusiastic, but the moment he sees a Steve, his first response is violence. He captured and tormented me. And now we're friends? I know I have no memories, but I feel so much Deja Vu for some reason. I feel like if he raised his voice up a few pitches, he'll sound like someone I'm supposed to know."

My headcanon is that he tastes like cotton candy.
Rainbow Steve IS edible and he tastes like cosmic brownies

Consider this: God Steve, but he’s voiced by Kevin R Free (specifically with the voice he does for Murderbot).
This is my new voice claim.

*collapses from all the RRFF love I've received in the reblogs and tags* THANK YOOOOUUUUUUUU ;0;
RRFF: a story about unconditional love and acceptance
When I first planned out RRFF, I didn't know what to do with Memory's character arc, besides the fact that Illusion and Void would play major roles in it. Eventually after a lot of brainstorming, I got this one idea - and this idea later became Chapter 41: An Illusion Void of Reality. At that moment, I knew that was going to be Memory's most important character moment.
Back then, I didn't know why I was so passionate about this idea, even though I was so committed to making it happen. But now, I think I know why Chapter 41, and why this entire fic, means so much to me.
Ultimately, I wrote RRFF to be an exploration about love and acceptance. More specifically, I wrote this story to be a conflict between conditional love and unconditional love.
Memory was raised by a father who denied him love and acceptance, and he thought he had to be perfect and push himself to earn that affection. Memory's cousins love and accept him unconditionally, even though Memory believes his actions, failures, and weaknesses make him unworthy of it. Because of that, he spends his entire life rejecting or doubting in his cousins' love, in favor of constantly trying to win Void's acceptance. Often to the point of doing horrible things to win Void's favor. In Chapter 41, Memory breaks when he realizes he was wrong about Void.
I loved using Memory's friendship with Illusion to explore this conflict about love. I loved how Memory and Illusion helped each other, while also being at war with their inner issues and hidden agendas. Showing a best friend that you love and accept them unconditionally, even when you disagree with their actions and intentions, is a daunting challenge.
I believe this topic resonates with a lot of people. We all deal with people whose love and acceptance of us is only conditional. These are the people who say "you have to be xyz before I can -- " and "you would be so much better if -- " Those comments and attitudes can hurt and break down self-esteem.
I hope people who read RRFF at least walk away knowing this: unconditional love/acceptance is real, and if you want that in your life, please don't deny yourself of it. And especially don't give that up in favor of people whose support for you is only conditional. Conditional love hurts, and you deserve better than that.

I think it's so cool you're putting together this list! It's very organized so far. Best of luck on the project!
Hello!! Recently I finished up and posted the first part of my Steve Saga list project on Wattpad, and I thought maybe the fandom on Tumblr would like to see it? So here’s the link :)

Steve Saga is the only long-running series I’ve completed specifically because it’s just 80% talking, and I loved it. It was so easy to binge this while multitasking.
I feel like us Steve Saga fans have some sort of either developed immunity or weakness against ‘boring’ episodes of anything because we have watched Sabre run around in one spot and just yap for a whole episode AND WE BLOODY LIKED IT.

Illusion and Memory are just Plague and Faceless in a fancier almost readable font.
One kooky, one spooky.
Faceless and Memory both wear masks and confuse people.
Illusion and Plague both tried to make people happy in a very not happy way.
In fact, if all four of them were to team up (if they didn't kill each other first) they'd be the ultimate threat.
Illusion could not only put people under the illusion but also have Plague spread it using his shrines so any Steve that comes into contact with it or an infected Steve also becomes infected meaning Illusion wouldn't need to seek out any stragglers since the shrines have range, and any densely populated area like villages would automatically become an infected area amplifying the illusion with it.
Faceless could pull off the ultimate disguises with Memory, if Faceless doesn't have any information on someone they're playing as Memory can just make them forget any details that would be important in figuring out which one is real, or even make the person Faceless is playing as forget who they are making it easier to steal their place, they can also create false memories without Memory having to use too much energy by just erasing a previous memory and having Faceless step in as the person and recreating it.
(I know Plague and Faceless weren't actually partners but I can dream)
I'm very seepy now goodnight. :)

Wow, you're right, anon, it checks out.
A team of these four characters sounds really cool and terrifying too! I love how your idea combines all their strengths together!

The people who played Rainbow Steve in the Steve Saga understood the assignment.
They were told, “be the silliest little guy ever,” and they ran with it.
