BIOGRAPHICAL DATA
The intern is named Kumiko Furuya. She is 18 years old. She is from Barangay Lantic, Carmona, Cavite. She was born on March 11, 2000 at Shizuoka, Japan. She has 1 sister. Her religion is Roman Catholic.
She is an alumna of St. Anthony De Carmelli Academy in the school year 2016-2017. On her 7th to 9th grade she was a player of volleyball and also she is one of the dancer in cheerdance competition, Her batch was the defending champion in their cheerdance competition. In the year 2016-2017, She was one of the candidate for Mr. And Ms. Sacai.
Ms. Kumiko Furuya is a grade 12 student of STI College Carmona, She chose Tourism Operation strand because it is her dream, dream to become a flight attendant someday. Her 15 days experience in her OJT will help her to become ready for the challenges of the real world of work.

INTRODUCTION
On the job training or OJT is one of the method by which students is given a chance to apply the theories and computations that they have learned from the school. It also helps the students to acquire relevant knowledge and skills by performing in actual work setting. Colleges and universities require their students to undergo such training with a specific number of hours as part of the curriculum.
For the students, an OJT or internship program provides opportunities to go through the actual methodologies of a specific job using the real tools, equipments and documents. In effect, the workplace becomes a development venue for a student trainee to learn more about his chosen field and practice what he/she has learn from academy.
On the other hand, an effective OJT program also benefits the companies who accept trainees. First OJT or intern provides additional manpower for a lesser labor cost than a regular employee. Most of them are all eager to learn the ropes so chances are high that they will cooperate.
Employers can use this internship strategy as a method in recruiting new employees. Since the trainer or the supervisor can follow the trainees progress, he can gauge based on performance, behavior, and attitude if the trainee will make a good recruit after the completion of his/her internship.
Ojt’s can bring fresh ideas into the organization. Given the opportunity to speak their minds freely and without fear, they maybe able to contribute significantly in brainstorming sessions or research and eventually help improve the organizations productivity. While training interns, employers are in fact also teaching their employees to process of guiding the trainees stretches their patience, develops teaching skills and makes them more sensitive to the needs and mind set of the younger generation. The course of supervision also teaches them how to share what they know and be receptive to questions. Hence, the internship also become an avenue in training for future managers of the company.
Accommodating on-the-job trainees can truly be beneficial not only to the trainees but also to the companies that provide opportunities for this type of learning. There is wisdom in the front lines. Such traning can be an investment that will be valuable to the company later on. This is also why trainees should take their internship seriously as it can become a powerful tool and possibly even a source of recommendation when they take that big lift from being students to career professionals

SIGNIFICANCE OF ON THE JOB TRAINING
Internship are the link between theoretical knowledge and concepts learned in the classroom setting, and real time industry applications. The main goal of the On The Job Training (OJT Training) is to help the student apply his learning in school in the corporate world. It makes the students be informed on the true nature of industry - the setting they will choose In the future.
Moreover, having this practicum will be of great advantages to a student who will become an intern in a company because they will have the edge in job seeking. The experience they will attain during their stay as an intern can be reflected on their resumes.

The main objective of this On-Job-Training is to help the intern utilize his/her knowledge in the working field.
Moreover, this practicum was conducted to satisfy the following critical factors:
1. To provide the intern valuable experience on the field they will choose;
2. To widen the intern’s perspective about the corporate practices they will use in their future careers;
3. To help the intern develop sense of maturity, independence and professionalism that will be of great help in pursuing their chosen field.
4. To prepare the intern by giving relevant information and skills that will help their competitiveness and confidence grow.
5. To help the student face their corporate careers with ease by being equipped with necessary skills and behaviors.
