But it’s like his first dreams, he can only watch, except it’s worse, because Tim doesn’t aknowledge him anymore, Tim doesn’t talk to him like he used to. Kon stretches and touches his shoulder, but Tim doesn’t move. He has a bouquet of yellow flowers bound by a black ribbon, and now that Kon sees beyond, he’s standing in front of a golden statue. There’s people up there he knew from his dreams, and to his surprise, there’s also himself, or at least himself as he looks in his dreams. He can feel something bad has happened and he wants to ask, wants to know, but his confusion vanishes when he sees Tim, his strong, independent, almighty Tim break down sobbing. And Kon can only watch, and it kills him a little.
