The last place you traveled: California. First time to America. I went to a McDonalds at 7 AM because they still use the good tasting scrambled eggs in America and I saw a man drinking hot sauce straight out of the bottle in the parking lot. He was shirtless. It was jarring. I should preface I didn't travel to America just to eat McDonalds but honestly compared to Canadian McDonalds I'd consider it. Also fuck airports and fuck flying. Why tf does it feel like that feeling of falling when you're falling asleep but you're awake and 30,000ft in the air. hate.

I spent far too long dredging my files and other sites looking for even a scrap of some of my old works but alas past me is stupid and doesn't save anything so I have only TWO sad little fics still around. Unfortunately, most of what I've been writing these past few years have been essays.
It was so unlike her home in the Free Marches.
Chilly morning air danced through the cracked bedroom window, the coolness gently stirring Alwine awake from her warm slumber. (If you recognize this from my fallout blog no you don't)

Hmmm. So. As I am an oversharer who posts literally everything she has… I’m just gonna open AO3 real quick to get them in ante-chronological order
1. Loghain watched in silence as Maric’s knees gave out beneath him, one hand still digging into Katriel’s shoulder.
2. The Archdemon hisses, a high, piercing cry, entirely too shrill for a dragon this size.
3. It had been well over a month since Fontaine and Clarel had left for Weisshaupt, and Erin had been left to supervise the garrison until the Commander was back in Montsimmard.
4.The mission brief was about as standard as they came.
5. He’s an asset, a means to an end.
6. Three months.
7. The Sith writhes in the air, kicking and grasping at the invisible hand around his throat.
8. The building is empty, and it takes some exploring before she finds her old room.
9. Of the next dream, she has no context.
10. Her head rests on his shoulder as the sun sets on the old grove, and surely the Masters would tell them that this is no way to meditate, but Revan’s never felt more at peace.

Seeing everyone bitch about the EA App like we may not have loved Miss Origin but she rarely did us like this-
#no but actually it logs me out every 10 mins#and the home screen almost never loads and I have to restart it like 40 times before I can see my games#thank god I can launch most of them from steam#and I was smart enough to make a desktop tab for sims#hate

You like Iresso's romance?
I do, actually.
I know a lot of people think he/his romance are boring, but I think the sweet/understated nature of it works perfectly for a consular and I appreciate the fact the “baggage” with him/the relationship have nothing to do with unnecessary drama or him being [some other massively negative trait] at first and then deciding not to be because of the player character or something like that. Sometimes it’s nice (and “enough”) to have two decent people being happy together without the unnecessary attempts at complicating things.
I wish they’d done more with his personal story, since it feels unfinished (maybe they were going to if the game was more successful?), but I’m more than happy with him and my poor neglected Olympia being happy together.
#iresso was my first in game romance so at first I was like eh but then when I played the other ones I was like o this is actually goated#currently replaying consular and I am so sad to pass him up this round because I really want to romance arcann on this one#I think for me it goes theron - lana- malavai - iresso - torian - arcann#while arcann is one of my favs to romance it just takes waaaaay too long to get there for so little#theron is really just where it's at for me#swtor
