Only has 7 calories per can and tastes VERY similar to the 200 cal monster can. Recommending this specially if you don’t have Monster 0 around.

y’all I’m back, had to have a quick break for a while after I got my period. MY GOD was it painful. Can’t be the only one that gets it once every two months and never know what to expect, if a 5 day HEAVY period or like a 1-2 day super light one. finally, going back to restricting after losing the neeeed i had to eat. for the whole week I was making sure I was eating less than 1,000 cal tho, which was super easy since everything I ate was very low cal but wasn’t restricting, lots of salads and water based popsicles for the cravings (really recommended, about 30 cal each). anyways, thank you all so much for all the notes on my last post! never expected it was going to get so much attention, definitely was a surprise!
