people need to understand your mental illness is valid whether your expressing it or not.
•your depression is valid whether your sobbing or smiling
•your ptsd is valid whether your screaming “why, why” or brushing it off as nothing
•your anxiety is valid whether your having a panic attack or look calm and collected
•your chronic pain is valid whether your in a wheelchair or pretending its not there
your appearance is NOT indicative of your condition, the only person who can rightfully determine your struggle is you. don’t let people tell you its “not real” because they didn’t see your pain with their eyes.

9315) I'm so used to being alone and at home all the time that the thought of getting a job or making friends literally scares me. I don't know why because I do want more friends and I do want a job but I feel like I can't handle having a responsibility , leaving the house for majority of the day. I wish I could just stay at home forever.

To make a laurel wreath use fresh leaves of laurel washed and dried, and about 20 inches of wire. Use it for form a circle of approximately 10 inches in diameter. Create a small ring on one end, making sure to lock it with a tiny ring around the wire itself, then inset the fresh leaves through the other end. To complete the wreath, close with another loop passing through the former. Use some raffia or a string to hang it up.
