I hear you, and even though it's not nice to get those messages I have to be humble in this role I'm in. I have to look past the frustration and take into consideration that if one person might find it unclear how to get a hold of my custom content, some others might too (that aren't as vocal about it). And being more clear is not something I have any problem at all being, so that's a very easy fix. I rather find it helpful. Even though I would have gotten around much sooner to that message if it was more pleasant.
