First time I've been able to get off Ao3 in months lol, I honestly forgot I had a tumblr account for a bit
First up, Cater would love it
The two of you would be taking so many pictures, whether it's of the two of you or of other things
Definitely knows the ins and outs of internet safety, and makes sure you do too
Helps you hide from anyone who recognizes you when you two are out together
100% would do anything to make sure you're safe and no fans get too close to you in public
Despite his obsession with getting likes and followers on social media, he wouldn't be posting many pictures of you two without you giving it the green light
Cater would have absolutely known who you were before you ended up officially meeting
That prolly would have been the start of your friendship but did not affect him asking you out
Boy has asked you to get him Vil's number at least once (Jokingly or not is still up for debate)

Cater and Ruggie helping their S/O who got bad news
Writing this trying to calm down after a PTSD episode, so life is fun right now. April, May and November are the worst

Cater
Cater lives on his phone, so I feel like at some point he's googled how to help people cuz he was bored
So he'd know how to help
He'd make sure you were somewhere safe, first of all - if you weren't, then he'd carefully bring you to your dorm or an empty classroom
He'd sit down with you and walk you through breathing techniques
Would also have snacks on hand that Trey made him earlier that day
Once you're calm enough to talk, he's right there with water and your favourite drinks, asking what you need. if you want proximity but no contact, he's sitting nearby, just talking to you or listening. If you want cuddles, you get cuddles and if you want distance, then he's giving you the distance you want
Definitely will sing to you to help you calm down
Once you're calm, he'll ask if you want to talk about it
Ruggie
Was probably trying to track down Leona when he heard it
100% took off running as soon as he heard the muffled sobs and racing heart
Definitely grabbed snacks and drinks on his way. Would bring you somewhere quiet and just hug you while you let it all out
Ruggie's absolutely had his share of bad news growing up, so he'll suggest you talk about it but won't pressure you into it.
10/10 for comfort and letting you come to him about it
Ruggie'd be making sure nobody's bothering you to talk about it either (*Cough* Ace, Deuce and Grim *cough*)

Savannaclaw with Capybara!S/O
I've been on Capybara tiktok, and so I got the urge to write this. A bit of info, Capybara's are the largest rodents, are extremely social, love the water, are agile and used as furniture by other animals.
Leona
Honestly had no clue how he ended up with them
Unlike him, they were normally surrounded by people from their own dorm, and other dorms
But Leona did distinctly remember meeting them because he found them asleep in the pool, their head propped up on a floatie
Eventually though, he ended up drawn into their apparent ever-growing social circle
He'll nap with them any time of the day, although he occasionally has to drag them out of the pool to do so
When cuddling, despite their large frame, he attempts to be the big spoon when he can
He does cave and let them be the big spoon tho
Our dear prince gets irritated fast, we know this, but even more so when he finds his S/O being used as a pillow, or lifting someone up on their shoulders to reach something because they were closer than a ladder or a stool
"Oi, Ruggie! Get that dumbass off My Herbivore's shoulders now!" and "Herbivore, you have until I finish my spell's chant to get them off of you if you don't want to be covered in sand!" are common phrases from him now
Ruggie
He's tiny compared to them
Does not appreciate how much time they spend in the water much. - in moderation, he thinks swimming is alright, but like they shouldn't fall asleep in the water??
Found them lifting Malleus Draconia up because the two were trying to get something and were spending time bonding once
Ruggie had no idea whether to be terrified for them or to be upset because he has told them countless times by now to stop letting people use them as furniture
He then found them an hour later, with Silver basically using them as a makeshift bed while they were studying
Ruggie was not a happy hyena with a very happy capybara
"Yeah, sure, go ahead and go cliff diving. I'm not patching you up when you get hurt...if you die though, I get your stuff, right?"
Jack
Definite met when he jumped into the pool because he found them asleep and thought they were dead
They looked at him, flipped him off, jumped back in the pool and went back to sleep
Istg the only reason the two ended up dating is because they're social as fuck and Jack is a loyal boy who is worried about this ray of sunshine in a school like NRC
Literally growls at anyone who uses his S/O as a piece of furniture when he's around
Tries to explain the dangers of being as social as they are (not that they listen to him, they teased him about being jealous that they had more contacts in their phone than Cater from Heartslabyul)
When his social battery burns out, he drags them back to Savanaclaw only with the promise of hanging out in the dorms pool
Also vowed to never let them near a cliff after he found out they go cliff diving back home

@shibainu2006 brought this idea up in the discord and I am in love with it
Leona
Leona gets jealous when he has to share his S/O’s attention
Don’t try to change my mind, it won’t work
He’d be fine with occasional swimming for a couple of hours a day
But there’s a limit
Show up with pool noodles and water guns and he’ll toss some of the more rowdy members as you
If you’ve been good, he’ll agree to spend some time playing with you, but is not going easy
When he tries to get you to leave tho, is where he really has issues
If his S/O is shorter? He’d be picking them up like a misbehaving child
Taller, though? A full out wrestling match in the pool
He’s trying to dodge pool noodle hits while trying not to growl
YES! He growls 100% when he’s frustrated. Not a sexy one tho, but one similar to an offended cat when you step on their tail
Eventually manages to get you out and drag you to his room for a nap
Afterall, he needs to regain energy after all of this trouble

Ruggie would go in the water too, no hesitation

Leona, Vil and Malleus Valentines Day HC
Just some short hc's on what these three would do for valentines day. Might do more characters throughout the week.
Leona
Leona's idea of a perfect date would be bringing you for a nice dinner, and then relaxing and having a movie night
Wherever you want to eat (with the condition that there has to be meat) and he'd growl if you even tried to pay for it
After that, you two would be back in his dorm room
He'd let you pick out a movie and you two would be able to just relax, cuddle and spend time together
Vil
A spa day and an expensive dinner
He would be dragging you out of bed with the sun to go to the spa he completely booked off for the two of you
Massages, mani-pedis, facials, everything
And afterwards, you both would be going off to the reservation he booked at your favourite restaurant
Malleus
Someone who I truly believe has no experience with valentines day, he would be letting you plan the entire day
Expensive restaurant? Sounds good. Trip to Briar Valley? Also good. Relaxing at home? He's all for it.
Would let you lead the way completely for the day, and would even do his best to give Sebek, Lilia, and Silver the slip so it really is just the two of you

Okay, hear me out....
Leona, Jamil, Ruggie, and Vil with a tall fem!s/o who is insecure about her height at times because so many men said she looked like a man, or was masculine.
She gets nervous wearing dresses and other cute things because she figures it's not as cute on her as it is on shorter girls, and often sticks to hoodies and jeans instead of dresses she wants to wear, and doesn't even bother with online shopping cause women are expected to be small and she can't find things that fit.
Wear what ever you want, Shiba! You'd look great in dresses if you want to wear them, don't let anybody tell you otherwise!
Leona
Leona doesn't coddle
He'd try to let you work out your insecurities by yourself at first
But once it's clear that's not happening? He gets more active about trying to help
Buys dresses specifically with your measurements for you
And trys to encourage you to wear them whenever you want
The first time someone insults you or comments on your height in his hearing range?
He’s a lion on a rampage
Ruggie
The more proactive at defeating your insecurities.
Hides clothes other than dresses you own that fit you and that you want to wear
Uses his magic to trip people that bully you about your height
Even manages to use the Book 2 incident to guilt Leona to give him money to get you more dresses
Anyone that insults you or adds to your insecurities will regret it
Ruggie is confident that he won't get caught, after all
Jamil
Jamil will let you vent about your insecurities to him
He's the first person who will let you cry to him about why you don't feel like you can wear dresses, and he'll do everything in his power to help you
Anyone that he finds talking to you in a less than friendly way is hypnotized to go back to their dorm
He becomes your personal therapist in this case (although a slightly more talkative one)
Vil
Vil understands. He's an actor and has seem similar issues in the industry about people being told to change how they look, act, and what they wear
Absolutely does his best to shield you from it
Also once you two have been together long enough, he starts having dresses made for you that he knows are in your size and style.
On days that you want to wear a dress but find yourself talking yourself out of it, you'll also find that he's cursed your regular clothes and anyone that has spoken bad about you is currently under a strange curse
Of course, Vil has no idea who would have cursed them...

"Spud!" He looked straight at the Prefect who was scrolling through Magicam as he spoke.
"Yes, Vil?" she never looked away, eyes still glued to her phone despite knowing the irate housewarden was liable to curse it when he got like this.
Vil just rolled his eyes and moved to stand directly in front of her. "Who's the most beautiful person in the world?"
"Mom."
Vil paused. Her mother? Was she a model or something? The Prefect had never mentioned anything like that before. "Answer honestly!" he snapped upon coming to the conclusion that it must have been a joke.
That got the prefect's attention. "I am being honest, Vil. In my opinion, my mom is the most beautiful person in the world, both inside and out! She did her best to raise me while still taking care of herself, made sure I always had clothes I liked, everything. So yes, my mom is the most beautiful!"
To prove her point, she turned back to her phone and pulled up a picture of her mother before shoving it into his face.
Vil blanched. The woman was indeed beautiful with amazing hair, eyes and even skin. Suddenly, he regretted thinking the Prefect would joke about something like that.
After all, clearly she had a reason to be prideful of her mother.
Rook
Rook stood in front of the prefect, once again ranting about how beautiful Vil was. The girl simply hummed along, eyes closed and hardly paying attention anymore.
"And who would you think the most beautiful person is, hmm?" he asked, regaining her attention.
"My mother," she responded without thinking. She didn't have to, after all. To her, nobody in the universe would be able to beat her mothers' beauty.
"...Oh?" he asked, confused.
"Yupp. Nobody will ever be better than her, if you ask me. Mom's just the best."
Rook hummed thoughtfully. Of course, having pride in your mother was important, but surely she was exaggerating...
The prefect opened her eyes and studied his face. She sighed and pulled out her phone, pulling out a photo of her with her mother.
"See?"
Rook stared in amazement at the older woman. "Tres Belle!" He cried out. "Her hair is such a lovely colour..."
She smiled as Rook began a new rant, this time on the beauty of her mother.
Epel
The two first years were in the lounge in Ramshackle, Epel hiding from Vil once more. The prefect was laughing as her friend complained about Vil's newest task for him. "An ESSAY!"
"So, he wants you to write an essay on who you think the most beautiful person in the world is and you're worried it's a trick?"
"EXACTLY!" Epel took a deep breathe to try to clam himself. He whirled on the girl on the couch. "Who would you write it on?"
She didn't even need to think about it. The answer was easy, it had always been the same and she doubted it would ever change. "My mom."
Epel stared. "Yer MOM?! Is this some kinda joke?!" His accent slipped through - a show to how stressed this actually had him.
Still, she glared at the insult. "No, it's not a joke! My mom is the most beautiful and I would gladly write an essay on her!"
As proof, she grabbed his hand and dragged him up to her room, only to snatch the photo she kept on her beside table and shoved it at him. "See?"
The picture was the only thing she had when she appeared in Twisted Wonderland, and it was of her mother.
Epel stared. She..was beautiful. Everything Vil had taught him about beauty was used as he analyzed the picture and realized the prefect hadn't been joking but had been correct.
Instantly, he knew who he was writing Vil's essay on.

My MC
Name: Isla
Isla grew up in Canada with her parents, older sister, and younger brother. Due to her parents' negligence, Isla ended up being raised for the most part by her older sister.
She was forced into ballet when she was six and continued with it to try to get her parents to pay more attention to her.
Isla ended up becoming addicted to caffeine when she was twelve, as she would stay up for days at a time to try to balance ballet, school, and her social life - because of this, she ended up becoming the "Loner" kid at school.
When Isla was thirteen, her sister went off to college, leaving her to continue to raise herself.
Of course, she was fifteen when she ended up being kidnapped for her year of unwanted education. She tries to be the mom friend of the group, but it fails when she trips over her own feet and ends up crashing into a wall.
Ace and Deuce have absolutely tried to bubble-wrap her. Jack even got her a child leash. (Yes, she launched a dagger at him. No, it didn't hit.)
Her favourite things: Sarcasm, coffee, energy drinks, and her crowbar named Crowie.
Her least favourite things: Phys ed, anything spicy, being coddled
Other facts: Clumsy and has no coordination despite the fact that she's danced for ten years, lives off of caffeine and forgets to eat, drinks nearly no water, sarcastic and sassy, also ended up being accidentally adopted by Lilia. She NEVER has her natural hair colour.. Normally she sticks to blue hair, although she switches it up sometimes and goes with split dyes or colourful ombres.

Cater With Fem!MC Who Carries a Crowbar
I realized I have done nothing for Cater yet, and that is a CRIME 😭 And yes, this is based off of my MC who I characterize as always has a crowbar on hand bc of all the overblots and boys.
Also. I missed my bus - in the dark - while writing this 😭
CW: Mention of abuse in the last convo of the headcanons
Depends on WHY MC carries a crowbar
If it’s for self defense? He not only gets it, but supports it. After all, she’s the only girl in a school of horny teenage boys
For any other reason? “MC, give me the crowbar…”
“No❤️”
He will keep a much closer eye on MC of they have a crowbar on hand, although during all the overblots he’s thankful she carries it
During winter break, he even has a checklist for her before he leaves the school
“Homework?” “Check” “Clothes and christmas presents that will remain wrapped until christmas?” “Double check!” “Crowbar?” “Always!”
Riddle is RED in the background and Trey is facepalming
It came in handy against Jamil and the brainwashed Scarabia students though, so they can’t complain!
He will stop MC from using it just to threaten people, however (Ex: “MC, you can’t use your crowbar to threaten Ace and Deuce into cleaning your dorm.” “They made a mess of it, so it’s either they clean it or I break them!” “MC, no!”)
Cater tries to talk Riddle into making a new rule for the dorm
Yes, said new rule is ‘No Crowbars’
Yes, Riddle voted in agreement
And so MC is no longer allowed her crowbar when she visits Heartslabyul
They even have a nice new box by the mirror for her to place it in for safe keeping
When he’s a fourth year, if MC is still there, Cater even checks in regularly to ensure she is not using it to keep her first years in line

“You can’t threaten the Freshos with violence if they break rules!”
“It’s not a threat, Cay-Cay, it’s a promise!”
“MC!”
“I have no magic and I’m a girl! The only way they take me seriously is if I have Crowie!”
“That’s abuse! You’ll give them PTSD!”
*MC looks at her new Freshos* “Do any of you think me using Crowie is abusive?”
*Freshmen look at the crowbar still in her hand and vigorously shake their heads*
“See, Cater? No issue, they’re fine with it 😌”

Trey
Trey isn't overly good at flying, as we see in his PE Vignette
Despite this, I can still see him letting Angel MC take him flying
100% starts to enjoy flying after the first time despite his slight fear of being dropped
LOVES petting MC's feathers
They're just so...soft and fluffy <3
Ruggie
Ruggie would be the best with it, honestly
He would have Wing Care memorized, and would love MC taking him flying. Afterall, think of all the pranks he could pull!
Doesn't fear being dropped too much - he's smaller than most students and he knows it
Also loves petting their wings due to the softness
MC will have to smooth the ruffled parts afterwards, though
Jade
Jade would be in the middle
Not too keen on flying unless MC begs him, but would still be interested on how they are different as an angel and how they take care of their wings
He would also love to try to corrupt Angel MC - pranks, violence, schemes - anything he can do to corrupt them, he'll try just to amuse himself
He doesn't care too much about petting MC's feathers
But he will ruffle them just to annoy them at times so they'll have to fix them
Jamil
Jamil would be on top of things
Feathers need to be plucked? He can help. Wings need to be cleaned? Feathers need to be fluffed? He can help with both. But his feet never leave the ground
Being dropped isn't even his fear here. It's mostly that he just does not like the idea of being picked up and carried while flying
WILL fall asleep on one of MC's wings
They're just like pillows! Soft, fluffy, and he's exhausted from chasing after Kalim all day
Rook
You already know he'd be rapid-firing questions about being an angel
He's a hunter, knowing everything about people is in his blood. Plus he's genuinely curious about you
Flying? Yes, please. First-hand experience is often the best for learning, after all.
Will spend time poking and prodding at MC's wings
Messes up the feathers, smooths them over, tests to see if they're water repellent, everything
Lilia
Next to Ruggie, he'd be second best.
I mean, he took care of Malleus, so wing care wouldn't be too foreign to him.
Lilia is also one that would like to be picked up and flown around. After all, it's different than flying himself or using a broom.
To mess with MC, he will ruffle up the feathers, or just appear out of nowhere and use them as pillows. Doesn't even smooth them over at all
But will, at least, keep water away so he doesn't accidentally ruin MC's feathers
