i remember playing with barbie as a young girl and we didn't have a ken and all the other dolls we had were too short for barbie. height was our metric to paring up dolls. so barbie's boyfriend was optimus prime. they were very happy together and she rode on top of his trailer and officiated weddings while he doubled as the podium

i know that theoretically robots can't have eyebags BUT optimus does. which optimus? all of them. that man does NOT sleep and it's a multiversal rule
i just want to let u know that ur so right. his eyebags are so severe they're etched into his faceplates. he's so withered it's carved into his spark. he hasn't had a good night's rest since the war started and every day he wakes up and tells himself "i just have to get everyone through the next battle" and he's been hanging onto that thought for 2 million years

Mirage was Noah’s jet-pack during the final fight. 🫶
Here you can see Noah has very little control over his own movement in the left gif. You can see the way his feet are dragging helplessly until he makes the instinctive leap to safety. (with the assistance of the said jet-pack that was moving him in the first place)
(Not to mention the jet pack activated itself moments before the attack actually happened, like it was already one step ahead of Noah before he could register what was happening.)
And on the right Noah does absolutely nothing to activate the jet-pack. No button, no command? Nothing. It happens to power on itself just as he’s about to run as if it already knew what he was about to do. Noah’s had the exosuit on for maybe 2 minutes, so there’s no possible way for him to know the controls and how to even work it by himself.
Very quickly though like you see here, Noah and the jet-pack become in sync with Noah’s movements without having to active anything. Noah can traverse wherever he wants and the jet-pack will always be right behind him, step-in-step.
And the very obvious reason: Mirage is the exosuit. Though he has no control over what Noah is doing in terms of combat & movement, he’s just there as a protective shell to provide safety and the ability to fight.
But I think Mirage definitely had control over Noah’s jet-pack and acted in coordination with Noah despite his little consciousness. Together they were in sync and able to kick some terracon ass.
I’m not sure if this is very obvious but it wasn’t to me at first. Which is why I’m more thoroughly looking into it and understanding that Mirage was definitely helping Noah as the suit too.
