I WANT MY FUCKING VAPE

mine just died too and it’s been really hard. honestly the thing that’s helped the most is getting a really huge charcoal art project and putting it on a tarp on my floor. whenever i wanna sh i start working on it and when i’m done my hands are covered in charcoal so i have to clean up before i can even thing abt touching my razors.

i’ve started vaping when i wanna sh and it’s working , i’m staying clean :)

im literally dry heaving i’m crying so hard my mom went through my room WHILE I WAS AT SCHOOL looking for my wallet and she went through my side drawer and took a lot of my stuff. my room was the only place i felt safe and comfortable and now even that’s fucking ruined i’m so mad idk why she didn’t just ask me i would’ve told her where my fucking wallet is. my room is literally my only safe haven and now it’s all gone plus my fucking vape died and my friend said he was gonna take me to the store that doesn’t card so i could get one and then he flaked so now i don’t even have a coping mechanism i just wanna relapse

this is fucking funny but in a rly awful way,, my ex used to quote this jokingly when we were cuddling before like sexually abusing me with no regard for my consent and my friend sent me a meme related to it and i had like awful flashbacks like a fucking war veteran and then i was like wait wtf it’s just a meme but also i’m sad now and. my mood is ruined but also this is objectively a hilarious trigger phrase 😭
