FR and i have such love for my parents here that i dont wanna deal with other ones in a diff reality because even if they're the same as mine here, we won't have the same memories and past together. maybe im a wimp but i just dont need that in the back of my mind. Same reason I barely script friends from this reality

i have to go through this process 1-5 times a day
Ignoring other people in my dr and just focusing on my s/o makes me unmotivated. I use to do that all the time. I forgot that he wasn't the only thing that I liked about my dr. I let myself get obsessive.
I still struggle with not only focusing on him. I recently started to be interested in people outside of Bonnie, the twins, and him again.
Only focusing on my s/o is a no no for me.
I'm making progress.

i genuinely need people to realise that when they shift they will be the person they scripted.
when you shift you will live out those experiences and they will shape you out to be the person you are in that reality. that person is actually you
there’s nothing inherently wrong with scripting you had a specific sort of life that’s nothing like your own now. big or small chances idc but istg sm shifters make ocs instead of an actual person
but for a second think about it. is that smth you actually, genuinely, whole heartedly want for urself?

Don’t be an ass. People are gonna talk about their s/os and their des and their journey and if you start to talk shit, you will be blackballed. Shifters talk. 95% of my moots are shifters.
Don’t judge people’s opinions. If someone likes a character you don’t, you can simply a) ignore them, or b) make jokes about your character being better than theirs. See me and @shiftingwithmars fighting about which Hogwarts boy is prettier.
Listen to others. There are a million things you don’t know about shifting, things that shifttok could never have taught you. I’ve literally seen a dude on reddit talk about how they’re 200 years old, and then saw a screenshot of it on TikTok with people calling them crazy. They’ve lived for 200 years in this reality or another, I don’t see the issue. (This all also applies to scripts, race changes, sexuality or gender changes, shifting police, and the other millions of things that TikTok doesn’t want you to know.)
Other than that, shifting is endless. Let us help you and be kind and we will do the same.

i'm in such a good shifting place.
i know im going to shift, i am a shifter, shifting is simple.
i have done enough work to shift. i have done my part, i am not scared of shifting, i am just excited.
ive had really shitty shifting eras. these last couple years, i've appeared fine to everyone outside, but shifting has been so hard on me mentally.
but recently, everything is just better. i'm filled with confidence and excitement and trust.
i'm a shifter, and a good one. everything is ok. PERIOD
