I just finished watching physical 100: underground

I love this show. People are so humble, respectful, kind, and loving. It was touching to see everyone chearing for everyone sincerely, caring for each other, and giving a thumbs up to the person who defeated them. This show was so heartwarming. Nice to see people being nice to each other. I have hateful drama

I have mad respect for everyone that was on that show. These people all have worked so hard in their respective fields to become they they are now. I respect their professionalism, confidence, sportsmanship and their will power.

The winner is well deserved. I knew he would make it to final when I first saw him in the first episode, and he actually won! He is also very cute and hot. The winner of season was also a crossfitter, if I remember correctly. I guess crossfit is a hell of a sports. I would like to challenge it sometime.

Hong Beom Seok. I have mad respect for him. He served in korean special force for 10 years, and then he worked as a fire fighter. He dedicated his youth to serving this country and then the community. Fellow ex special force soldierd respects him and picks him as an ideal soldier. He also has great leadership. He worked out so hard to become who he is now. I respect his never wielding willpower. It was heartbreaking to see him losing at the final yet again. He filmed physical 100 right after finishing <Steel troops 3>. His team lost at the final. He carried his team on his shoulder on that show. On a cruelly hottest summer day, he rand miles and miles carrying heavy supplies even faster than his 10 year younger teammates. He finished first and then carried his teammates' supplies as well. He's a monster. Ministry of National Defense might have injected him super soldier serum because he is most definitely captain korea. I wish him the best for his future.

Kim dong hyeon started from the bottom and fought his way up to UFC's world ranking 6 with only his two fists. No drugs when everyone was doing some enhancement drugs. I respect him. Some say he is cocky but he deserves it. I say he is a man of pride. He is also respectful and humble and funny.

yo, i'm watching the new physical 100 episode and like ... justice for my boy jang jun-hyuk. he came second in the redemption match and fought so hard, and he's just a high schooler. not to mention they're in the same sport. seeing his sad little face when jung ji-hyun didn't pick him made me root against that comeback team SO HARD. maybe irrational but i just wanted that little guy to get through so bad.

This show got international fans. I think it would have been better if we had more diverse contestants.

I like Kim dong hyun, the mma guy. Some people say he's cocky but I think he's confident as in "I've trained all my life. I know my ability. I know how to fight. I know this field. I can do any tasks they give me. I can beat anyone" way not "All of you are not on my level, you losers."

But I think it was pretty disappointing that he picked Emmanuel as his opponent when he had the pride to be the top mma fighter. Emmanuel may have a physique like a sculpture, but he is not a trained fighter. Of course, Kim would win. He should have picked a trained fighter. Emmanuel's early elimination is quite disappointing.

Former special force Master Sergeant and former fire fighter, Hong beom seok is a monster. I saw him in two different ex special forces competing shows. He is the one who still has the power to run when everyone is all worn out. He is the leader that would sacrifice himself for the other teammates. I'm looking forward to see how he'll do on this show

As a short woman myself, it was annoying that the other contestants yelled, "they are so cute" when the weightlifter and the Wushu fighter women were fiercely fighting. I don't think they meant to be rude, but still, it is not nice to hear.

Wish shim yu ri was on a better team. Bummed that she got eliminated (maybe there is a consolation match?)

Actor Lee Jae-yoon is so hot!! I didn't know he has that physique and is that strong.

Judo champion Lee won Hee is quiet but strong guy with willpower and techniques. He is respectful and charismatic. I'm chearing for him

Steroid users shouldn't have been on the show but yet there they are again.

Hong beom seok served in a korean special force, 707, that specializes in counter terrorism for over 10 years. Then, he worked as a fire fighter and became the fire fighter world champion. Has anyone seen <Steel troops>? He has monster stamina. Fellow ex soldiers who served at 707 picked him as an ideal example to represent 707.

Like if you are held hostage in a building and the building is currently on fire. He would grab his guns and gears, enter the building, kill every terrorists he encounters while putting out fire all by himself and find you. He would then carry you over his shoulders, run down 20-story building in a few seconds, and save you. He's like Captain Korea (his rank wasn't "captain" but still)

He worked so so hard to achieve his physical ability. Huge respect for him.
