Honestly dissapointed, but what did I expect?
After two months of binging "recovery" I had three good days and then today I go and blow it. I can do better than this. I KNOW I can do better than this. I had no problem during those three days until I decided to smoke and make myself weak. I'll have to cut out smoking, but it's a hard habit to break, plus I just stocked up... Anyway here's a body check for the night 😒

Had subway for lunch, roughly 300 cal, overestimating to make sure I counted it all. Although a lot of calories it was really tasty and I'm going to try not to be too upset over it. At least it wasn't McDonald's or something.
