People who demonize certain animals just because they aren’t traditionally “cute” can go throw themselves off a cliff. Such demonized animals include, but aren’t limited to:
Most insects (if it’s not a butterfly or colorful beetle)
Goats (not inculding kids)

Pokemon is literally autistic culture
I want to bring attention to a fact that I believe not enough people, allistics especially, seem to know about. The creator of the world wide phenomenon known as Pokemon, Satoshi Tajiri, is autistic. As a child his biggest special interest was in bugs and bug collecting which is where he got his inspiration for Pokemon. He has said before that he wanted the Pokemon games to give people the same joy that collecting bugs as a child did for him.
