Guys I haven’t weighed myself in months as I gained and I’m like “oh I’m definitely ‘x’ heavy” and I’m actually 11lbs lighter than I thought I’d be… and it’s the end of the day (Not morning weight). So relieved because it means I’m more on track to hit my gw.
I have 3 months estimated to lose 24lbs.
If I lose 2lbs a week for 12 weeks that’s 24lbs down.
If I lose 3lbs a week for 12 weeks that’s 36lbs down and I’d be past my GW and also into the 00’s!
