The perfect summer fruit breakfast bowl of Watermelon, Lychee, Kiwi and the sweetest, most delicious “Nam Dokmai” Mango that is fully in season now in Thailand. i really want to lose weight because i am overweight for my whole life and i suffer because of it. But i dont have the discipline to eat less and more healthier and workout. Can you help me? I am really impressed by your discipline.
Discipline is like a muscle. The more you work it, the bigger and stronger it gets. Start by doing small changes in your lifestyle, trying to change it drastically will be overwhelming and might discourage you. Make little challenges. I remember when I first started losing weight, I'd drink 3 glasses of water for ever glass of juice I'd drink. Now I barely drink anything from water and tea. I can guarantee you I never could have done it if I had tried drinking nothing but water back then.
Discipline comes from within. If you don't want it, you won't have it. I can give you all the tips in the world, but you have to be willing to make those life changes.
Remember, start slow and easy!

isnt it hard for you too when friends eat a lot of unhealthy food in front of you and you have to stick to you apple or something?
It's hard if you're restricting yourself. I don't do that. If I'm out with some friends and they're eating burgers and stuff and I want to eat some deep fry calamari, I will. I'll just workout a little harder and eat better the next day.

how do you motivate yourself to workout on bad days?
Working out is how I feel better on bad days. It's the only time of the day where I'm by myself and I can take care of me. However, back when I started, a way for me to get motivated to go to the gym was to just put my workout attire on. Just doing that helped a lot

when you lost weight did your boobs shrink? cause i wanna tone up but i dont want my boobs to shrink :(
oh they're gonna shrink alright. If you're still going through puberty you breasts might not be done growing so they might "grow back". HOWEVER YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO THINK ABOUT WEIGHT LOSS IF YOU'RE STILL GOING THROUGH PUBERTY UNLESS YOU'RE SEVERELY OVERWEIGHT OK
