This is my newest goober oc, Zelea! They took a lot of inspiration from Tarantula Hawks, yellow jackets, and a few types of spiders- overall I tried to make them spiky and dangerous!

Here's my entry for @clownartmonth 's prompts, dance and angel/devil! Notes under cut :◍)

This was super fun! I loved working with all the colors and stuff haha. I tried focusing on both the biblically accurate angels while still making them person-shaped, with all the eyes and stuff.

Some ppl would say that it doesn't look like a dance, but it's actually based on the mating dance and ritual of bald eagles- where they lock talons and fall (so yes they are lovers!) Here's some examples:

I just finished chaos island and I'm having sonic brain rot

These kinda double as both a sheet for practicing him, and to really pin down my design for him- the bottom right is a little reference to a sa1 cutscene(might redraw tbh).

Also hedgehogs LOVE LOVE sand baths and hes put on the biggest, sandiest place ? I can't believe I never thought of it before w other games too

I also like to make Amy quite a bit taller than him bc not only is she wearing heels, but canonically she's taller than him!
