Yk what I totally agree, which is why I think it would just be even funnier if you saw all these weird renditions of the Manor implemented because of Bruce's kids and just thought "Mm yeah checks out. Rich ppl yk?"
You look up and there's a giant replica of a bird's nest on the chandelier? Chic. The windows are boarded up? Probably the new blackout curtain style for the rich.
Literal cave of expensive bat equipment with a 50 metre tall dinosaur and penny? Yeah, just billionaire things.
Just imagine if all of Bruce's assets connected to his other identity were revealed, but Gothamites didn't even bat an eye because everyone assumed this was what bored rich people did in their free time
I know Wayne Manor probably looks as normal as possible to avoid visitors suspecting the family’s past time activities..
but also I highly doubt Bruce was able to avoid making some obscure changes to the Manor just based on the fact that his children are fucking feral.
Some of the windows are either boarded up, or have cages on them from the inside, and to an onlooker, they’ll probably think “Oh those poor kids, being caged inside like animals, unable to get fresh air. I always knew that Wayne guy was sketchy. ”
but it’s literally just because his kids won’t stop launching themselves head-first out of the windows whenever Bruce is mid lecture. doesn’t matter if they’re on the 4th floor.
sometimes visitors will get a closer look at the inside of the place and see a lot of things baby proofed, which is weird because “Aren’t all of Wayne’s kids old enough to not get themselves hurt like babies do?”
No, Sharon, do not underestimate the power of 6 hyperactive children combined in a room together, they will absolutely get themselves hurt in some way.
some furniture and objects are just straight up bolted to the floor, and everyone just assumes Bruce is a perfectionist or a micromanager, but Bruce literally had no other option since his fucking kids keep throwing shit at each other, and sometimes they just do it to get the other’s attention or because they just felt like it. Sometimes they’ll even throw each other
I just need some DC comics that acknowledge that the Manor has some additional features that were integrated after Bruce’s countless experiences with each new weird ass child he gains.

Exactly! If you read both Jason's and Dick's Robin runs, they were pretty opposite to each other. Jason was a lot more well-behaved and chill compared to Dick who was all angst and "ima murder my parents' killer"
Jason was just a huge nerd and loved spending time with Bruce 24/7
Basically Jason was the golden child, not Dick. And I think it's that much funnier when Jason waxes poetry about Dick being so perfect because it probably pisses his brother off so much lmao.
On a sweeter note, Jason having experienced a Dick who was kinda in shambles as a brother probably let's Dick feel less pressured when he's with Jay. Since all the younger Batfam members probably only ever saw this put together, very level-headed version of Dick, he probably doesn't feel he can let loose as often as he does with Jason :)

Bruce comes out as bi and his kids are upset. Not because they’re biphobic but now they’ve gotta protect him from women AND men. They’re so tired.

You know how siblings will pay each other to get the other to do something for them?
I bet the batkids do that with each other all the time, except the offers they make are absolute ass, yet the other sibling always accepts regardless of what they get in return.
But if BRUCE offers them something (usually money) to do something for him they always berate him for being cheap like "Oh, so you're a BILLIONAIRE and won't even pay your own children a living wage for us to complete this one simple task? For SHAME!"

Bruce gets those leashes you use for toddlers and uses them in the Manor with all of his kids. Even the grown ass ones.
Paparazzi will try to take pics of the Manor only to find Bruce walking his kids outside in the garden because they cannot be left unattended even at home, the leashes are to protect everyone/everything else.
