Know that you are loved.
Yesterday I learned something from someone: the voice(s) in your head aren't YOU. It is/They are just like a radiostation shouting messages to you (and the messages depends on what station you are tuned in to). What you do with the radio/the messages is YOU. Shut it down, tune it down, change chanel,... Meditation is boring and maybe even cruel (depending on your radio station and the loudness) but in the end it can make you find 3 things: the volume button, the chanel selector, and the switch to turn the radio off. So meditation in the end can make you regain power over the mind. So YOU are (back) in control over the thoughts that cross your mind. And to some this is such a relief. Like they regain control over life.
Maybe this might help you a little.
Because I just see a little chance to make you feel less sad/bad...
(If this all sounds rubbish to you that's OK too.
I don't meditate myself ๐คฆโโ๏ธ๐ but it seemed...usefull).

i really like the comparison with the radio, it helps to explain these kind of thoughts very well, thank you for that picture. In times when i was doing better i used to meditate a lot so i also would recommend it, it is just hard to get back into it ๐ฅฒ
Thank you for caring, your words are highly appreciated. Just know that i am safe and have a great help-system around me. Writing has always been a good outlet for bad thoughts, i always feel better when i let the things break out of my mind.
